Wonderful hotel with amazing city views. Bright and big rooms. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, room service wasn't made.

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

This is a great hotel, very new and room is spacious with fantastic views of the city! Recommend to all.

Staff showed me the long way to the science museum

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

This a great hotel to stay in for a night or two. All the staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are modern and clean. It's nice to be so high up and have a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Excellent hotel

When I took my elderly to Yinchuan, I chose the international five-star hotel that ranked first on the list and was the latest to open in the local area. The front desk staff arranged adjacent rooms to take care of the elderly, and helped to arrange two rooms close to the elevator as required. After hearing that they wanted non-smoking rooms, they also asked for an air humidifier. However, for JW Marriott, the room decoration and facilities are slightly flawed: First of all, the reading area at the door does not seem to be necessary, and it makes the room more crowded when it is separated; Secondly, the folding and sliding door opening method of the wardrobe is very inconvenient, and the suitcase is placed inside the wardrobe and the length is not enough; The hotel opened in 2020, and there are water stains in the corners of the bathroom, and the office round table looks like it has been burned by cigarette butts; The makeup mirror is a desktop vertical one, but I did not find the mirror lighting, and it feels less convenient than a wall-mounted makeup mirror; the hair dryer is also relatively old and the wind is not strong; the toilet is not a smart toilet. I am more satisfied that the bathroom is large enough, and there are enough towels, not the standard number, and more are required; the bedding is very soft down. I hope that when the hotel is upgraded and renovated again in the future, it can refer to the brand chain hotels in other cities.

Came to Yinchuan to run the marathon. This place is the closest to the starting point. Of course, you can also stay at the Courtyard by Marriott next door. In the end, I chose to stay at a better place. The hotel room is quite large and the facilities are also good. The service is in place and the response to any order is relatively timely. The view is quite good, looking at the People's Square.

I went to Yinchuan to participate in the Yinchuan Marathon. I made a plan in advance and chose the Marriott Hotel, which is close to the starting and ending points. The hotel has not been open for too long, so the facilities are relatively new. I felt the enthusiasm of the city of Yinchuan when I checked in at the front desk. The hotel's breakfast has obvious local characteristics of Yinchuan and tastes good. On the day of the marathon, the breakfast was specially moved forward from 6:30 to 6:00. If it started at 5:30, it would be perfect. If I come to participate in the Yinchuan Marathon next year, I will definitely choose the Marriott Hotel.
