PPanzhihuayangguangThe service attitude is particularly good. Everyone is very easy to talk to, nice and pretty. If you encounter any problems during your stay, you can call the room phone to solve them immediately. There are also several cute robots that deliver takeout and things to you. The service is very good, just like at home. The hygiene is also very clean, the bath water is very comfortable, and the aromatherapy in the corridor is also very fragrant. Well, there is someone on duty at the 24-hour front desk. Takeout can only be delivered to the floor by robots. The sense of security is very good. The accommodation experience is very good. The buffet in the morning is delicious, with many varieties, and there is also a special breakfast service.

LLAW AIt was our first visit to Yantai. The room, located at high floor with a full ocean view, really made our stay in the hotel a perfect choice. The hotel staff are friendly and always available to help.
The best part was on our arrival on 20May, our room was beautifully decorated (see photo). Many thankd to Manager Ms Serena for making such great efforts in welcoming us.
This hotel gave us a perfect stay. Will be back.

It was easy to order food deliveries. Staff would bring them up to your room. They also serve free afternoon tea and milk/honey/ginger tea in the evenings.
The hotel’s about 3min walk away from the beach, perfect if you’re planning to catch the sunrise. There’s also a laundry room with detergent provided.

GGuest UserPenglai Hotel has a great location. Very close to Penglai Pavilion Scenic Area. Just a short walk away. The hotel lobby is luxurious. The room is comfortable and warm. Hygienic and clean. The girl at the front desk has a good service attitude. Give me some advice. The seafood in the restaurant on the basement floor is great. But it's too expensive. As soon as we saw that there were no customers, we went to the self-service seafood restaurant on the top floor. I hope it becomes popular...

GGuest UserService was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change rooms because we wanted wooden flooring instead of tiles. They also helped us with our heavy luggage up to the second floor and gave us a small gift when we left. The room was very comfortable especially the bed and pillows but the towels and the toilet were quite old making it feel like they were dirty. We also found tissue underneath our bed but otherwise the room was fine. The location is amazing! It’s right across from the scenic area. So convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

GGunshuijianaxiaoshuizhuI stayed for three days during the May Day holiday. I stayed in a regular king-size bed, a regular twin bed, or a loft. I felt that the room design, environment, and hygiene were all good. The rooms also had balconies.
The most satisfying thing was that there was drinking water in the corridor that I could take at will. Every time I went out to play, I would bring a small bottle. The lobby also provided bottled water in a thermostat, which was very convenient for the elderly and children to drink.
The service was very enthusiastic and very satisfactory. It is suitable for long-term or short-term stays.

LLushenxiangjiaoThe stay experience at Jianguo Hotel was beyond our expectations. Because we were here to run a marathon, Manager Liang Guodong called us in advance to make careful arrangements, and even moved up the breakfast to 5:20, and the dishes were very rich. The hotel was also very considerate to give us a bowl of fruit and an energy pack, which not only contained chocolate, but also drinks, bread, etc. On the day of the competition, due to the road closure, Manager Liang Guodong and Sister Zhang Hong also thoughtfully arranged a vehicle to take us to the competition venue, saving a lot of time. Sister Zhang Hong also took photos of us and held fun activities. I will continue to choose here next time, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

AAnonymous UserThe environment of the community is good, but the furniture in the room is a bit old, the sofa is torn, and the floor is peeling. The bathroom is so big, but the shower room is so small. It is difficult for a fat person to turn around. There are ants crawling in the bathroom. It is equipped as a B&B. There were very few things, including no laundry detergent. The suitcase had to be dragged along a relatively uneven decorative road, which was very inconvenient. The wheels were very worn and noisy. The security guy's service is better than that at the front desk. Not cost effective
