"I visited the Guo'en Temple in Xinxing with my parents and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is brand new, and the service is top-notch. Two private hot spring pools: The hot springs on the first basement floor are unique, and the evening shift attendant was incredibly kind. General Manager Huang is young, beautiful, capable, and has a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel right at home. She truly inspires customer loyalty! It's impressive how well she manages the hotel, born in '94, being authoritative with staff and empathetic with guests. I will definitely be back to hopefully meet her again. The front desk staff, especially Leah, was also great; she offered us a welcome drink. At breakfast, I was surprised by a sour tea, but the waitress patiently explained it to me – it was super helpful! Overall, the service was excellent!"

"This trip with my family was made so much easier and more pleasant by the hotel arranging a private car to pick us up from Xinxing South Station. It saved us a lot of time! The hotel itself is high-end and stylish. The front desk attendant proactively gave my child some candy, which made them very happy, and even offered us disposable children's slippers and toothpaste. The service was thoughtful and attentive – truly wonderful."

"This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave."

"1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3. The location is excellent, the front desk staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was very good."

"My friend recommended Longshan Hot Spring Hotel as the first choice for Xinxing Hot Springs, which is cost-effective. As expected, the environment is very good, and it is next to Guo'en Temple and Longtan Wetland Park, with fresh air. It happened that the temperature dropped the day before the hot spring bath, which is a good time to bathe in the hot spring. The hotel staff has a very good attitude. Whether it is the security personnel at the entrance of the parking lot or the waiter you meet by chance on the road, they will greet you. When you are bathing in the hot spring, the waiter will also remind you which pools are suitable for children and which are too hot. There are many types of hot springs, which are very novel for us who are bathing in hot springs for the first time. There are welcome fruits and biscuits in the room, which is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also suitable for the taste of Cantonese people. The children like it very much and say they want to come back to play in summer."
