"A hotel with no humanity. I checked in around 1 PM on December 14th. I went to the balcony to check on the soaking tub. Seeing some water, I prepared to fill it with cold water to rinse myself. However, as I entered the tub, I slipped and fell. The hotel arranged for two people to accompany me to Xinxing People's Hospital. X-rays showed minor injuries to my left foot and head, but a comminuted fracture of my right big toe. I returned to my room around 5 PM. After returning, the general manager's assistant added me on WeChat, saying I could call the hotel front desk for help if needed. I mentioned that it was inconvenient to use the toilet at night and asked them to buy me a crutch. They said they didn't have any nearby, as the hotel was far from the city center. After repeated requests and negotiations, they finally bought one around 9 PM. Around 6 PM that afternoon, we made two requests regarding this accident: first, to arrange a driver to take us back to Bao'an District, Shenzhen (210 km), as we couldn't drive; second, to buy an electric wheelchair for me to use back in Shenzhen, costing around 3,000 yuan. After my cast was removed, I returned the wheelchair to the hotel. The hotel wasn't responsible for any follow-up treatment, including hiring a caregiver. But this morning, the hotel staff said the general manager wouldn't agree to either of our requests, and that we, as adults, had to take responsibility. How am I supposed to get back to Bao'an? They don't care; they just said the insurance company would contact us, and then nobody paid any attention to us. Is there any hotel this inhumane? Isn't my slipping and falling related to the hotel's poor cleaning practices?"

Fantastic location, very close to everything we needed (especially the coach station across the road as we returned to Hong Kong from there). The staff are all lovely and super-helpful, very nice restaurant and loads of other places to eat nearby. The room was plenty large enough for us and nice & clean. Plenty of water, tissues, tea provided every day. Hotel WiFi works well but we mostly used our own SIM cards as they skip over the firewall. We are already looking forward to returning next year!"

"Longshan Hot Spring Hotel was a delightful surprise. It sits atop its own mountain, which is also the source of the hot spring, offering beautiful surroundings and refreshing air. The staff were exceptionally high-quality, polite, and provided warm, enthusiastic service. They even recommended some great local restaurants in the town. The hot spring water itself was silky smooth, and the hot spring area offered excellent service with plenty of food and drink options. They even had someone to help with swimsuit spin-drying. In fact, the entire town had an incredibly strong service ethic; their hospitality genuinely amazed me, and I took advantage of the free shuttle service multiple times. The Chinese restaurant at Longshan Hot Spring served good food (apart from the lamb, which was impossible to chew…), though prices were a bit higher than the local farm-to-table restaurants outside. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished with traditional Chinese rosewood furniture. A pleasant surprise was the lovely aroma in the room – a refreshing and invigorating scent. The bathroom also had a heated towel rack, ensuring warm towels were always available."

"It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well. The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise. "I visited the Guo'en Temple in Xinxing with my parents and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is brand new, and the service is top-notch. Two private hot spring pools: The hot springs on the first basement floor are unique, and the evening shift attendant was incredibly kind. General Manager Huang is young, beautiful, capable, and has a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel right at home. She truly inspires customer loyalty! It's impressive how well she manages the hotel, born in '94, being authoritative with staff and empathetic with guests. I will definitely be back to hopefully meet her again. The front desk staff, especially Leah, was also great; she offered us a welcome drink. At breakfast, I was surprised by a sour tea, but the waitress patiently explained it to me – it was super helpful! Overall, the service was excellent!"

"This is my first time staying in a hotel in Xi'an. This time is really unforgettable. After checking in, the room was on the 8th floor.
