"Wyndham Emerging Hotels Excellent service and comfortable environment beyond expectations, must give Wyndham a big praise! Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses! Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious. Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean. Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home. This is a very pleasant and satisfying stay, highly recommended to other travelers! Looking forward to coming back next time."

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was powerful. The food at the hotel restaurant was consistently good, with a wide variety of breakfast options and generous portions. "The villa is spacious, with one bedroom and one living room. There's a large bathtub on the balcony; three people can soak comfortably without feeling cramped. The room is very clean and has no unpleasant odors. The hot spring water is charged by flow rate; you swipe a card to fill it, and you can refill it when it cools down, which is very convenient. The two tubs are more than enough; you usually won't use them all."

"We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"

"The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the lake view rooms truly offered a breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel's location was excellent, right next to Guoen Temple, allowing guests to visit and pray early in the morning. The environment was also very comfortable and quiet. The hotel service was very attentive and polite, and pets were allowed, yet the hotel remained very clean. Breakfast was complimentary, including eggs, steamed buns, rice noodles, and congee, which was quite good. In short, I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance."

"The hotel is located in the Tianlu Mountain Scenic Area. The environment is elegant. You can see the green mountains and green trees and flowers by pushing the window. The air is very fresh and the negative ions are very high. It is an excellent place for heart repair. The room is very clean, spacious and bright. The balcony has a bubble pool. When I came, it was the azaleas on the top of the sky. The sea of flowers was full of mountains and flowers. Especially beautiful, the scenic spot has a sightseeing car to the middle of the mountain and walk for about 50 minutes. After enjoying the flowers, I went down the mountain and returned to the hotel to soak in a hot spring. It was very comfortable. Especially worthy of praise are the two ladies at the front desk, the service is warm, the arrangement is thoughtful, there are questions and answers, and the answer is clear. Very satisfied! Will come again if there is a chance."
