Xiao Zhao at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. I accidentally missed ordering breakfast, but the front desk proactively delivered some. The breakfast selection was also quite good. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had stable and ample water pressure, and the heated toilet made for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

My home is in Xinxiang, and I booked this room for family members who live elsewhere. The stay was excellent. My family members are older and had some trouble figuring things out, but the front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and assisted them. Thumbs up! My family also said the spicy soup for breakfast was quite delicious.

The front desk attendant, Ms. Yan, was incredibly attentive and provided helpful reminders about nearby business amenities, which was incredibly helpful for us business travelers. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout. The work area was spacious and bright, with comfortable lighting and desk and chair heights, making for incredibly efficient work. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sink into a deep sleep after a tiring day, restoring my energy for the next day. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring both local specialties and classic fare, and the flavors were excellent, providing a quick way to recharge for the day. The hotel's location is also convenient, offering easy access to the business district and client companies, and is surrounded by numerous transportation and dining options. Overall, I couldn't fault the facilities or the service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next business trip to Xinxiang! Highly recommended to anyone traveling for business.

The check-in experience is very bad. If you have this money, you can stay in Atour instead. It's over 100 yuan and you won't suffer such a humiliation. First, we asked in advance if we could check in together. The front desk said yes and told us what room type was next to it. The next day, we ordered and asked to check in together. We agreed. We were still separated on the left and right when we checked in at night. To put it separately, the day shift front desk informed that there were no rooms and they needed to wait for the guests to check out. The guests checked out at 3 pm. I think your practice is sacrificing the rights of the guests to stay the next day. Why do this when there are not so many rooms? Of course I understand the Spring Festival, but why should I empathize with the boss? He was also very responsible during the day. Someone told me in advance that he was not available to answer the phone. I saw two call records. He was very responsible. I asked the front desk if they could help me find a parking space. After turning around for a few times and not finding one, I could have refused, but why was their attitude so tough? The front desk service attitude is very poor. The question is, there is no security? According to national requirements, public places like this need to be equipped with security guards, right? I don’t know what the relevant departments are doing. I was scratched when I parked on the side of the road. I was speechless. The room is OK, quite big. The executive twin bed is the same size as my superior king bed. I suggest you just book the superior king bed, which will save you 100 RMB. The room is simply decorated and the space is reasonably used. I like it very much. The price-performance ratio is very high. I stayed in a superior double bed for a medical examination.

自駕河南遊入住麗呈酒店，酒店位於高樓林立中，周邊吃飯的地方很多，環境乾淨整潔。客房很大布局很合理小度語音很方便。床品很舒服。早餐中規中矩。前台小姐姐們熱情友好服務很周到一一滿足我們的需求，感到很愉快。強烈推薦大家入住。

這次出差看了很多家才選的麗呈酒店，體驗完之後必須按頭安利！ 📍地理位置：靠近新鄉高鐵站，非常近 出差人士的最愛，且附近也有很多好吃的，總而言之就是非常方便！ 💁服務：暖得和進店的空調一樣 從進門開始，前台小哥哥小姐姐的笑臉就沒掉下來過！ 🛏產品硬件：躺平星人狂喜！ 進房間第一件事——撲向大床，這床墊軟硬剛好！非常快就入睡了，睡的非常安穩，還有那個全屋智能，非常方便，智能窗簾一按鍵“唰”地打開，陽光灑進來那感覺，儀式感拉滿，寶藏酒店，沖啊哈！

設施：也算商務酒店吧 現在類似的太多了 設施還算完善 衞生：房價打掃的挺乾淨的 大堂也挺整潔 環境：周邊吃飯 商務宴請比較方便 服務：大堂前台服務很熱情 有賓至如歸的感覺

酒店離新鄉東站車程約15分鐘，滴滴打車十元不到，也有免費接站，很方便。進入大廳這個季節已有暖氣，温暖撲面而來。房間佈局合理，洗漱齊全，還有小食，早餐品種也不錯，晚上安靜，是個出行好選擇。

服務挺好的，前台娟娟很有耐心。停車場很方便。衞生也挺好，房間大，住的舒服。早餐口味不錯。晚上吃了一頓火鍋，回來洗了洗衣服，洗衣服很香很好用，各方面都挺好。

這家酒店的衞生標準簡直強迫症福音！床單被套都是熨燙過的，沒有一絲褶皺，光腳踩在地毯上連根頭髮都找不到。浴室玻璃門擦得透亮，洗護用品也好用，擠出來都是新鮮檸檬香。最絕的是馬桶圈和開關面板，消毒痕跡明顯到反光，連空調出風口都乾乾淨淨。退房時看到保潔阿姨跪在地上擦踢腳線，這細節控我服了！

來新鄉玩 訂酒店 看這家酒店的環境和設施比較好 就選擇了這家 房間也挺大的 前台和客房服務也很熱情  樓層也挺高 房間還有小度語音控制的 孩子很喜歡  看的距離還挺遠 可以看到新鄉的麥穗樓 還挺高的  距離胖東來就幾公里吧 前台小姐姐告訴我們攻略和怎麼樣出行比較方便 特別仔細  總之來説 很好
