Trip back to shenyang did a stop to huludao . The hotel was convenient quick stop off the freeway… while we’re in the town we went to chrysanthemum Island.. great breakfast. Clean , up to date

By far - one of the best Hilton hotel experiences ever! Mrs Chitty, one of the staff members, welcomed us warmly with a tea. She helped us to find the best restaurants around and spoke English very well! 🌹 The rooms were super clean and everybody was very lovely. No doubt! One of the best Hilton experiences! Thank you very much! And by the way! The breakfast was incredible!!! Thank you, Mrs Chitty and team!

Overall very positive experience, thanks to Chitty and all the staff, as they are very professional and helpful. Chitty was always in touch and helped a lot to see as much as possible during 3 days stay so special thanks to her. The only inconvenience is the location.

From the beginning of check-in, the front desk was very unprofessional, speaking hesitantly and relying on a male manager next to me for support. Because the order was redeemed for a free upgrade of the room type, the reply from the front desk was that the room was full and could not be upgraded, which was acceptable. Then a woman at the front desk took the initiative to say that if you bring your child, you will make a sofa bed for you at night, and the child can sleep alone and it is still very spacious. She said that someone in the room will be arranged to make the bed after 8 o'clock. No one called to ask after 8 o'clock and said that it would be arranged immediately. At 8:30, the person in the room came to deliver something and said that they did not receive a notice from the front desk to make the bed. I thought they might be busy and would tell me later. At 8:40, the front desk called and said that this was charged and asked if I still needed it. The reason was that the room type I booked did not have this service. I was upgraded to live in the room, but I could not enjoy the service after the upgrade for free. I was furious. After arguing with the front desk, I kept questioning whether I just wanted to make the bed. No matter what I asked, the front desk only repeated this sentence. Except for the male manager and the big sister who served the room that night, the whole hotel seemed to be untrained. I had originally booked to stay for a second night, but I immediately cancelled it and moved to another place the next day.
