Good safety. Public area clean and cozy. Very helpful staff. Room tidy and comfortable. Have convenient store near by.

Our room was spotless and well-maintained, spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with all amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sleep quality was excellent. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it to others!

It was a pleasant stay, rooms were nice and the city view at night is a quite relaxing sight to see. Gemstone staff are always reachable which is a plus. Will be back for sure.

Very good stay! All I can say is just add more hanger because some guest are here for event and needs hanger for formal clothes. As well as provide, iron for clothes.

There are no proper things to use luke blankets we book 3 people so we expect they will provide for 3 people plus the Host is unresponsive when I tried to get my deposit she cannot be reached, she did not tell me that I can give the 1000 deposit to the reception. So it easy for me to get my refund upon checking out.

The room is clean , it's like a hotel with two separate beds . It's not the usual design for condominium settings. You can still cook and wash inside. The aircon isn't cooling properly; it needs to be cleaned. Overall we will book this room again.💕 Thank you!

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The location is conveniently close to the Mall of Asia. Upon entering the room, the cool temperature and pleasant scent immediately made us feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. The self check-in process was smooth, with all the necessary details provided on time. Definitely booking again!

Location was a bit far from MOA and service could’ve been better, but we still had a good time…especially after a fun trip to IKEA. All in all, not bad!
