Clean, spacious rooms and nice and cozy environment. The hotel is located within 2-3 minutes waiting distance to 义和庄 MTR station. The staff are all very friendly. 小兰took good care of us and made sure we had a comfortable stay. She was also very thoughtful to prepare little snacks for my kids. The cleaning staff also cleaned our rooms very well and made sure our rooms were refreshed when we returned after a long day. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel very much!

The hotel environment is very good, the service staff is very warm, especially xiaolan, the service is close and thoughtful. The hotel looks luxurious and the breakfast is abundant. And in the room overlooking large windows, very nice at the same time🤍🤍

This hotel is great! The facilities are very well-equipped and it's perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff, Xiao Hu（小胡）, is very helpful and I highly recommend it!

This is an excellent hotel with impeccable service from the staff. Special thanks to Xiaolan (小兰) and Xiaohe (小何) for going the extra mile in hospitality. They both deserve an award. They were kind, welcoming and hospitable. They even provided gifts for our children which made their day. All the staff that we interacted with made us feel at home and were prompt in responding to all our requests. The hotel is immaculately clean and on part with five star hotel both in facilities and in customer service. We enjoyed early check-in and late check-out which were seamless. Delivery service by the robot was icing on the cake, our kids loved it. I highly recommend this hotel and will surely visit again.

Our stay in the two-bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the building itself was modern and well-maintained. The surrounding area was also fantastic, with coffee shops, restaurants, and halal food options just a short walk away. Plus, a major shopping mall was conveniently located within a few minutes' drive. We couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodation!
