Okay apartment in an excellent location in Ibiza. Walking distance to major clubs which is great if that's what you're looking at doing however with that also comes constant noise - from 11am to 3am every day. But expected when in Ibiza. Apartment itself was okay. Large and spacious but definitely in need of upgrades. Air-conditioning was working but leaked after being in use for a few hours so we had to switch off. Shower did not drain well at all so you are constantly turning the tap on and off to avoid the whole bathroom flooding. Wifi did not work at all so please do not expect to be able to use it. Also mobile data service was terrible unless outside or on the balcony. Pool was amazing but also a little annoying that secutity were ok with guests using the pool at early hours of the morning after a night out (unnecessary noise on top of the loud club right in front of the apartment). Staff were helpful.

Very convenient location, a stone's throw from Ushuaia, supermarkets and the shopping centre. Clean room, pool view with music

Dated dirty rooms, marks all over the walls/ We were located on the ground floor so zero chance of sleep. People screaming all night and staff not willing to do anything.. Couldn't use the shower it was vile with mould. Do not recommend at all.

There is no need for the music to be as loud as it is, understand that it is Ibiza but it doesn’t not need to be on volume 100000. Bed sheets were not changed at all. Bed was hard and uncomfy. Floor was dirty. Was no kettle or toaster but was ‘self catering studio.’ Reception didn’t give us wristbands when we entered so we had to go back and ask for them as security wasnt letting us in and staff on reception were terrible. Would never stay in this hotel again.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!! Myself and my friend came here the 19th -22nd of September and it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced The security guard is that horrible when putting our luggage in the room to store it shouting and telling me to hurry up as I was putting something inside my case to lock it, he kept telling me to hurry up as 2 other people were waiting behind me (they were fine about it ) I had just arrived in Ibiza and all ready this had put me in a bad mood Reception staff not very helpful we had to wait exactly 3pm to get into our room we arrived at 12 couldn’t even get anything out my case to go and chill by the pool Pool area needs a re vamp and rooms a bit wear and tear and dirty , didn’t get our room cleaned once I had to go and take fresh towels myself when ever I seen a bag lying about . One good thing the bathroom is big and the balcony is big there is NO HAND SOAP !!! AND NO LIFT !! We were on the top floor and had to drag heavy suit cases on our last day we got chapped on our door by the cleaner to say we had 5 mins to get out Pool area has a DJ which is good and good location Apart from that I will never step foot in that place again as I have never in my life been treated so poorly so please do not stay here and avoid pay extra money to stay some where nicer . Hope this helps

The rooms were clean and big. The customer service was horrible. We left our luggage in the storage room after our checkout because our flight was later that evening. When we wanted to grab some clothes to change for the airport, the woman plus the security were getting mad at us and were accusing us of stealing other people’s stuff, this was very rude and weird as there was no reason to be acting like this. During our stay we asked if it is possible to get a remote for the airconditioning in the room. This was simply not possible. The aircon can only be on one temperature and could only be on or off in the bedroom and in the living room. When we asked about this she was immediately rude and told us we should talk to the boss and not her. The pool is clean. But not like the photos at all. There are different beds and not the ones that are shown on the pictures. We also missed umbrellas at the pool. As it is not possible to be in the shade. You can find a better place to stay and you will have a better time in ibiza!

We have stayed here for 3 days, and will not be returning and also advising others not to visit, when we first arrived we were shown to our room, where we the spent over an hour working out the air con, then to learn that the only way it can be controlled is by a certain staff members app on her phone, so if you want to warm up or cool down you have to call and hope that they are working. This makes no sense to me , I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and never had this, then we went to put our passports in the safe to learn you have to pay to use your own safe? Which is unacceptable, then to learn the rooms don’t have WiFi , and to top it off our room key never works, we have to get a member of staff to let us in every time we need to enter the room. Also advertise they give you fresh towels every two days which they don’t nor any type of room service.

My stay at Apartamentos.. So me and my partner / friends decided to go on holiday and booked a night here thinking after reading the reviews it would be a enjoyable nice relaxing stay.. however we was yet to find out once arriving on site it was not presented as pictured when booking.. the property was very dated and worn.. as you can see pictures below which are only a few from ONE of the rooms we had out of a total was supposed to be Three. We arrived on time for check in and was then told only two of our rooms was ready out of the three to charter for nine of us in total. We was told upon booking our three rooms would be ready by check in time. We was advised to come back after we put our luggage away into one of the rooms to come and collect a key for the third room we had booked. After traipsing through the misleading advertising for the hotel of which we was thought was to be clean and up kept was not we then came across our room and was disgusted at the smell of the room we had to leave immediately as we couldn’t breathe over the dampness & strong smelling of bleach to hide the disgusting smells.. we then carried on through to the next room and had no choice but to all nine of us hurdle in one room for the time being that we thought wasn’t going to be a long process. We then yet fine the condition of the room was hardly liveable yet presentable please find photos attached. We had found last visitors items in fold out bed and stale food in kitchen cabinets. Dirty marks and stains throughout the whole room. I’m shocked to be writing this but had to after we had the shower fall apart on us and flood our bathroom. Our toiletries was ruined yet to mention towels and cloths for 9 of us in one room. We didn’t want this to ruin our holiday so we then headed on out on our stay to enjoy the night life. Before we left we had strong stares throughout the hotel and felt targeted and unsafe we had to hide our belongings around the room as the safe was in useable and secure our balcony door with my partners belt as it didn’t lock securely and was put on a ground floor easy to burgle. After this we all headed back and still couldn’t get into the third room we had booked and paid for as reception wasn’t on at that time. We had no choice but all nine of us had to stay in one room when was supposed given and stayed in three rooms that we booked and paid for please find my booking if needed for proof. I really do hope this situation can be resolved and prevented for future use. I would like a full refund and compensation for me and my friends on this horrific stay that I couldn’t sleep at and wouldn’t wish or recommend to my worst enemy. And this is only half of it.

The hotel is close to the airport which is a big plus. The price and quality does not describe the hotel as the rooms are very old and need a facelift. They have a swimming pool, but we decided to go swimming in the hot sea, which is 100 meters from the hotel. We were settled near the construction site in the room there was mold on all corners and broken doors absolutely everywhere from the closet to the bathroom. Water or snacks are not even paid. Air conditioning only in another room. The bathroom was moldy black and small, it was not even possible to go to the toilet without bruising. The funny thing is that there was a safe, but the key had to be rented at the reception for 25€. Many thanks to the receptionist who met us the very next day and changed the room where there was almost no fungus. There are delicious but expensive restaurants nearby. I believe that for 250€ / day, you can make repairs in the rooms and provide guests with minimal comfort.

Apartment complex located in the heart of playa d en bossa. Close to nightclubs, bars and restaurants. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable with all the essentials. Open 24 hours a day and monitored 24 hours a day. At the reception we almost always found an Italian woman and an Italian man. Very kind and helpful.

Beautiful property in Playa d'en Bossa, the apartments are functional and well furnished. The girls at the reception were very good and kind. Excellent for those looking for fun, not recommended for those looking for tranquility, being in the center of the nightlife and frequented by young people looking for fun

It depends on what you want to go for whether you think Bora Bora is great or terrible. When is it fine? If you like to party outside and you only use your apartment for sleeping and showering. The apartment is large, but very noisy. The kitchen equipment is very limited. Only a large pan for the potatoes, which you obviously don't prepare here. Large balcony on the street side. Poorly cleaned apartment. Lots of hair here and there from others. The cleaning lady only brings clean towels every 2 days, but does not even wipe the table. Here you are in the middle of the party area, so there is no shortage of bars and big clubs and you can roll back to your apartment. On the corner of the hotel you can get ***** (*******, etc.) if you need it. You can easily walk to the lovely sandy beach (really nice!). You pay a lot of money for beds (45 for 2 beds). If you want a little more peace, luxury, quality and freshness in your apartment, it is better to look for another location. Nevertheless, we had a great stay in Bora Bora. Renting a scooter is definitely recommended, nice to see more of beautiful Ibiza. Plenty of nice and tasty eateries.
