Many rooms are concentrated on the first floor and it is difficult to expect an outdoor view, but the indoor garden fully offsets the feeling of frustration. Perhaps because it is a central heating central cooling system, it was a pity that there was no board in the room that could control temperature and air circulation.

The room is very big and kid love the AI xiaodu a lot, exciting till cannot sleep, everything is good.

Vienna hotel has a touch of class when you enter. It’s spotless and the staff were helpful although no one spoke English it didn’t hinder communication. It’s very close to the airport and have shuttle bus to and fro. I really liked my room which had all the comforts of home. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again.

Location near airport, area has several hotels next to each other. Room is good, clean. But little options for food around the area. Shuttle bus to airport in morning is free, but several hotels use the same bus, and it’s over crowded. Luggages thrown inside bus and several passengers have no seats. The hotel is located within 10 minutes by car from the airport. It offers a shuttle bus that leaves the hotel once every hour. The rooms are comfortable and well-heated in the winter. Their breakfast is rich and offers a balanced variety of food. The design is elegant and suits the brand. Definitely recommend it if you need to stay close to the airport for transits or short trips.

Fantastic hotel, i used for 1 overnight. Airport transfer is complementary, i booked via wechat. Breakfast is awesome, i recommend for western travellers too. For dinner: next to the hotel there is an awesome chinese bbq place, and foot massage as well. I will choose this hotel next time.

The hotel was super clean. OMG you would not believe how clean it was. The hotel staff was super nice and even though they were not able to speak in English, they still made sure that our stay was as comfortable as it can be. And the restaurant near by was so nice and so sweet. We had flight at 9 am so we had to leave early, and so they had a bus to the airport. And had the breakfast in to-go box so that we can enjoy it in the bus or at the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. It is a must stay hotel if you want to rest and enjoy your time.

Free bus to airport & on time Many restaurants around

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect "exit" hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

It is about 10 minutes ride from the airport, so the location is good for our overnight stay. Hotel can arrange free pick-up from airport & hourly drop-off. The family room is good for us, it is clean and have most things we need. The front desk are friendly, and they packed breakfast for us due to our early departure. It could be challenging if you don’t speak Chinese. For us, it is great value for money.

Very close to the airport. Room was massive and the beds were comfortable. It was a great stay and the free airport transfers were most helpful
