The hotel facilities were new and complete, the appliances and bathroom fixtures were well-maintained, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was exceptional; the room was odorless and dust-free, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the fixtures were shiny, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the housekeeping was meticulous and attentive. Overall, the service was thoughtful and attentive, with quick responses to any needs. Special praise goes to Mona at the front desk! She was warm and gentle, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth, with a friendly and professional smile throughout, and attention to detail was particularly heartwarming. Excellent value for money, a top choice for travel accommodations, I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!"
