There is no service quality and no front desk to serve you. All through information. In addition, there is no light in the toilet. It is broken. No room change or replacement. They just leave it alone. The second room has only one room card, which is very inconvenient. If you want to go swimming, smoking or convenience stores, you must be accompanied by your whole family because the elevator can only be used with a room card. Kemudian tidak ada lampu di tandas dan mereka tidak menukar bilik atau menggantikan orang untuk membaikinya.

The location was okay. Cleanliness so far so good.but need to pay parking fee

This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway in (Location). The downtown area on Main Street is a best-kept secret, and the (Hotel Name) offers everything you need if you feel like you need to vent out.

It was a little complicating for me when I arrived to check in, but eventually I got it. It took a little longer than I expected to check in, but once through everything was fine. The room I had was nice and clean. I did have an issue with the leaking tap and reported it via WhatsApp, which seemed to be their way of communicating. I also reported via the Trip messaging site, but did not get a response. Thankfully it was not a major issue and I had another sink in the kitchen area to use. Other than that, all was good.

Don’t ever come to this hotel! It’s under The Pines Hotel but rented out as an Airbnb. They don’t even inform u about the check-in process until u reach the reception, where they then tell u to contact the Airbnb owner. The whole check-in took me half an hour, totally wasting my time. When I gave feedback over the phone, they even hung up on me! U have to collect the key from a place opposite the hotel and return it after. The deposit and refund process is also super troublesome, requiring u to key in tons of info. Even though it’s cheap, it’s such a scam—don’t ever come here!!!

Very poor management, bad service, until today still didn’t refund my deposit. 24 Jan- 10 feb ,17fh days . What the sxxx you are. , complain twice also no use, also no reply me , if I see your boss I will scold him. Trip Member beware this company, trip.com please warning this company, a lot of member has been Cheated, I will report to melaka police station , give them a lesson.

Spacious room and same building as the pine hotel. Yet no hot water during the shower.

I have been staying at this hotel quite a lot of times, worse each time. Pricing keeps higher and higher, deposit getting much higher(previous is RM50. But yesterday was RM200!), even though I stayed 5 stars hotel deposit was not much like here. The room is clean well, but the lighting in the side bed and sofa bed is totally no more, even though I can't read books on the bed(no side lighting beside the bed). The location actually is not so convenient, the parking fee actually is higher too. Talk about service, not provide service like hotel, onlly check in and check out can consider service. I am quite disappointed why the price rate and deposit rate are so high. But the facility in the room is less than the previous. It's not balanced for the guest. If you want to increase the renter rate, yes can, but must get more benefit for your guest I hope , the tenant can review my comment and restructure again the valuables for guest is based on my concern . Thanks

Everything is good expect two things: 1. We do not expect the management is not under The Pines. 2. Water heater like isn't working, force to shower with cold water.
