We had a lovely stay at this homestay! The location is great, just a short walk to plenty of food spots and the main walking street filled with shops and local vibes. The room was clean and cozy, and we loved having a bathtub to relax in after a day of exploring. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the homestay, but the staff were super friendly and kind—they helped us carry our luggage and even arranged laundry for us, which was a big help since we visited during the rainy season! Definitely a warm and welcoming place to stay!

Located right along the popular Zhongshan road, the hotel was much more than I expected. Service was top notch from the staff, who provided lots of travel tips and good food places. They even helped with my laundry. The room was neat and tidy and good value for money. Just take note that the building does not have a lift and has a total of 5 storeys. The staff were very willing to help carry luggages, which is definitely a plus. Would love to stay here again if I come back to Xiamen.

This homestay is located above Lawson store. It’s entrance is at the back of the building up a flight of stairs. The security guard directed us to location.

Location good, room good

I decided on this hotel as my second stay on my Xiamen trip, and it was a huge success! 🤗 The front desk guy was hard-working and very kind to guests. Since we were traveling with children, our bed and room got dirty quickly, so when I asked for cleaning, he gladly obliged. Thank you very much. Some reviews had expressed concerns about the hotel's age and unpleasant smell, but this hotel isn't the only thing that's old; the entire Zhongshan Road building is historic. The hotel has stylishly renovated the rooms to delight guests, and the diligent cleaning and cleanliness to prevent deterioration was evident from the taps. There was no noticeable odor, either. I recommend this hotel for those who appreciate a nostalgic atmosphere. It's right in the heart of Zhongshan Road, with delicious food nearby. 😄 Japanese people can stay here with peace of mind, and if you enjoy eating out, this is the place for you. 🥰 Thanks to you, I had a wonderful trip. I stayed for two nights. Overall, I would say I would stay again. I stayed because they had a room with a bathtub. The location was good, in a famous tourist spot. Since it was a guesthouse, the noise level wasn't as good as a hotel. However, I was able to rest well in the large bed. The bathtub was also large and satisfying. They did a cleaning job, and they added amenities for the second day, but the bath towels and other items were not replaced. That was disappointing. But I would like to stay again.

The location is really good. Downstairs is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. Although the room is not very new, it can be seen that it is carefully decorated with a unique layout. There is also a balcony. It is very friendly to smokers and non-smokers. The most important thing is that the front desk guy has a good service and makes it very convenient for us! When I go out, I think the most important thing is to have a human touch, so with the blessing of the front desk guy, the other shortcomings are not important!

Located on the bustling Zhongshan Road, there are many delicious foods just downstairs. Opposite the Hao Xiangli Pork Skewers there is always a queue. It is recommended that you can choose this restaurant to stay when you come to Xiamen.
