In term of the pricing, location and the room itself, it was great. The view itself from the room is nice as well and the room itself is clean and pretty comfortable.. The only thing that I wasn't very happy with is that while the check in time was 3pm, I only managed to get the room at 5pm and I needed to ask twice to get the room. While a late checkout was given to me at the end, I needed to asked and only after voicing my displeasure only then was the late checkout given. So while i am happy with the overall room but having to wait 2 hrs and having to ask for it isn't a very pleasant experience and will probably prefer other hotels such Parkroyal which prices are similar and have never given me issues with check in for the past few times I stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Marina Bay Singapore, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel effortlessly combines luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, making it a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The service was great! Receptionist was friendly, warm and made us feel homely. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean! The view was perfect! Really love how the welcome set up was when we headed out and came back with the ready to coze in mood. There was complimentary water given to us as well. A comfortable stay, walking distance to Suntec City as well

Special thanks to the team for arranging a small birthday decorations for my sister. All the staff whether from concierge, front line, in room dining staff and room attendants and Conrad services, are nice and friendly, giving us a warmgreetings and treated us as a family too. Even when we sat at the lobby, the staff will walk over to check on us whether we needed any help.

Good place to stay

Our stay was a marvellous one.The staff were warm and accommodating and the room is clean, spacious and comfortable! The hotel is also within walking distance to malls like Suntec City and Millennia Walk. Thank you for the pleasant experience for our family?

Great services and amenities, great location with accessible bus/train to and fro city’s attractions . Room is spacious with comfortable bedsheets/pillow/sofa. Awesome breakfast spread which was be very flavourful. Had a very pleasant stay in Conrad. Highly recommended!

My partner had been wanting to try this hotel so I decided to book for his birthday celebration . However was kinda disappointed with the service at the front desk. Reached there at 2 plus but the room wasn’t ready yet and they will informed us once the room is ready. However at 3pm there is still no updates and we have to check with the staff again. The room was ready but nobody informed us. As we booked with club access, I would thought that the staff will offer to let us wait at the lounge since there is afternoon tea from 2-4pm. ( I have went to a few hotels with club lounge access and they brought us to the lounge to have some refreshment while waiting for the check in) Conrad might need to improve on the services provided by the front desk. However the services from the club lounge were good, which saved the day :) The food selections were good and there were some selections for the cocktail. Breakfast were also very good. Will still give it another try when the price is right.

It’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

The price was too high. What i received from the hotel, the room standard, the shower, the toiletries was the worst, the room facilities, the minibar was lousy, the food at the restaurant were really low class which i could get from a 3 star hotel. Only thing i can say good is the staff.

I was there for a staycation and the reception asked if I would like to upgrade for a suite for an extra $100, I took it. When I got into the room, I found that there was a card addressed to someone else. I called the reception and they apologised for the incident. But I have to say, they really know how to make it up to a customer. I'm glad that this hotel is really serious about taking care of their customers. Excellent service level. The breakfast spread was acceptable, and the service staff are really nice and friendly even the waitstaff that help to clear the plates were smiling and greeting. These are really well-trained staff. I was surprise that the pool was clean although it is an outdoor pool, good job. As for the gym, its small but a 24-hours gym. Equipments are sufficient. Overall an excellent stay and an applause to the friendly and well-trained staff.

This was a business trip that needed to be canceled. They would not refund the money for my reservation, even though I canceled several days in advance.  I would strongly recommend against anyone taking the risk of booking at this hotel. I know that I will never give them my business again under any circumstances  and I will also avoid booking through trip.com because of their lack of support.

Kai was helpful and took initiation to ensure we felt welcomed during check-in. The daily room cleaning service was great too. Only disappointment was the unspoken rule of asians staying in lower floors and Caucasians in higher floor. It’s 2025, am really tired to have to ‘beg’ for a higher floor as an Asian. Come on Hilton we can do better as an international hotel chain.
