Great services and amenities, great location with accessible bus/train to and fro city’s attractions . Room is spacious with comfortable bedsheets/pillow/sofa. Awesome breakfast spread which was be very flavourful. Had a very pleasant stay in Conrad. Highly recommended!

It’s very comfortable to live in Conrad. The room design is very user friendly. Lightings are very good and comfy. I like the sofa a lot, it’s super big. I can lie to rest for a while before going to shower. The breakfast is rly great and the refill is super fast. The location is good, it’s very near to promenade MRT station. It would be definitely my choice again when I come Singapore next time!

The hotel itself is consider convenient, there’s a gateway right across the street beside the hotel where it can connect down to Suntec City lower level food court. This trip we brought our one year old with us. During the check in, no one informed us about the music festival (DJ) that had been going on for the past days. The room that was given to us were right on top of the music festival, it was so loud during the afternoon and I was told it’ll continue to 10pm. My son couldn’t take his nap at all! This messed up our whole day schedule, we basically wasted the whole day trying to get a room change. However, thanks to the assistant front desk manager (Ivy) we were able to get a higher floor room away from all the noise (finally got a room change at around 8:30pm), if it’s not for her help I would have given a even less of a rating. Once again I would like to thanks Ivy for all her help. She was great.

Everything is ok except that at night we heard engine car sound and party, could not sleep well. Window should protect sound from outside.

You will not be disappointed with a stay here! Always love Conrad Centennial Singapore! All the staffs are very professional and friendly! The rooms have separate bathtub ( you will love their bathtub) and shower which is the best. Good location with train and buses readily available just a stone away… this is not my first stay , hence able to give all of you a comparison! Do swim in the night! You will love the view! Still love their breakfast even though there is a slight down (due to the variety as compared to past) but still consider good. Only wish is they will bring back the Conrad Signature Bear!!! This one really made me feel extremely disappointed . Other than that, Conrad will not disappoint you!

Have not stayed in conrad for awhile but the service is as good as I remembered if not better! Lovely attention to detail e.g. a cloth laid below my bathroom slippers when I came back to my room and coffee next to my bed placed :) lovely retreat and will be back again

Spontaneous staycation and we were glad to have chosen Conrad Centennial! Great location. Less than 5min walk to Millenia Walk and Suntec City. Less than 10min walk to Promenade MRT! Room itself is very spacious. Specifically requested for room with long sofa by the window and was glad I did as we lounged and put our stuff on it! Bed was comfortable. Pillow a tad too soft though. Aircon was excellent! Bathroom was very functional and pretty. Love the bathtub, double sink and shower pressure. Toilet roll holder was put at a weird angle but no biggie since it was only for a night's stay. We got a room on the 16th floor and the view was pretty good! Only con is the tv only has cable channels. No chromecast. But we enjoyed the room very much and wouldnt mind coming back again

First time with Conrad and it's such a magical experience! The moment you arrive infront of the hotel, the staff took my luggage for me and I had Khai who brought me all the way to the reception counter to check in. It was only 2pm, 1 hour early for the official check in but my room was already ready! The room was really clean, and the staff were all so friendly and kind. Stayed for 2 nights, had the most amazing buffet breakfast at Oscar! Definitely would come back again! The only thing I would pick is not being able to collect points for my Hilton Honour when using Trip as you have to use their official app or website!
