The room was spacious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Guest service super helpful. As i am solo traveller, I enquired a lot of things. Special mention to Li Xia(李霞) . She went extra mile to help me check and call pub for reservation and even hair spa. Thank you very much. Definitely will recommend to friends.

The hotel is quite new & clean . I booked 2 room , one is deluxe 2 single beds which is face the main road . Another room is single queen bed without windows .( satisfied with the layout) Amenities :close by No 8 fresh market & walking distance to ximing north bread store (网红打卡思北特香包），long queue for it. Got mini fridge

Other than its convenient location, the hotel was not kept in line with its 4 stars rating. They first assigned a room with a strong smoking odor blanketed by room refresher and an old poked headboard. We requested a room change which also smelled cigarettes. The lobby was outdated with stained sofas and looked old fashioned. The table in the room was not even balanced. 😬They just used a tissue paper for that .

The hotel was near a brt station which was convenient and near a lot of shops.

Echeng Hotel is near to many attractions eg. Ba Shi, Zhong Shan Park and the Zhongshan pedestrian street. There are many eateries near it too. We find our stay in the hotel comfortable, quiet and clean. The hotel staff were helpful. It has very good room rates for such a central location.

External looks dated but internal ok. However lobby has a strong stench, bathroom as well but mild still bearable think sewage system old. Otherwise room spacious and clean. Aircon heater does not work need to install standalone heater if need only found out on second day after feedback to front desk. Perhaps locals are familiar with this but not foreign visitors.

Pretty nice hotel with really good location, room was good but not amazing. The walls are really thin so could hear a lot of people in the hallways.

The experience was very good. The staffs were professional and really helpful. The location is an ideal location for visitors to Xiamen. Zhongshan pedestrian street is within walking distance of the hotel. In addition, there are lots of food and drinks shops within close proximity. I would stay at Echeng hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel to all.

we stayed for 6 days.the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful especially lisa, she speak a little english buy help us a lot. breakfast is average, but the location is excellent.
