Very good experience they provide us gifts and good service

This hotel is very good. Located in quiet environment from bustling Xi'an. For English speaker, the nearest station is Line 6 - Xiabeigongyedaxue station which translates to Northwest Polytechnic University.

It was a traditional Chinese hotel. The staff were kind. The shower room was so small that I couldn't even sit down. The orange juice at breakfast was weak.

Everything was good , room was very clean , I really liked the wood element in the room . It’s cozy .

The hotel is clean , very close to subway  and bus station which is so convenient . Food stalls all around 😍

The hotel was well worth its money. The room was big but a little bit outdated. Breakfast was a buffet. Overall no big complaints, and would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget.

Great service, we wanted to extend our day's of stay, quickly done. Though the location can be tricky to find.

Good hotel, affordable price. Breakfast in traditional Chinese style. They have wi fi. Unfortunately, staff doesn’t speak English.

I was satisfied staying here. The location is very near to NPU Campus and also near to Metro station and also many restaurant surround the hotel. The mall is also walking distance. The surrounding was quite We were staying for 8 days. Our input to hotel, your front desk officer in reception should able to speak English, it will be a value.

The place is not bad per se. The rooms are kept tidy and it has all the amenities a traveller needs. The big problem with the place is, even though it is advertised as non-smoking, they don't enforce the non-smoking policy. There was a very thick continuous smoke smell coming into our room through the toilet. However, the service is good, they added an air purifier to our room which saved us of the sandstorm that was falling upon the city during our stay. 塞翁失马焉知非福

Food was good. Service was good. Facilities were good. I did get lost a couple times when I first went to the hotel. But it would have gone better if I had used compass app more and map app more. So that part wasn’t the hotel’s fault; it was my fault. However, the hotel is not easy to locate. One thing the hotel might want to add is that it is west of Lao Dong South Road (劳动南路）- down a little alleyway. That might help customers to find this nice hotel.
