Our floor attendant was exceptionally responsible and helpful – a big thumbs up! We'll definitely seek her out again for our next stay. The room was excellent and even featured a private hot spring bath, making it absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway for couples. It's a wonderful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, allowing you to reconnect with nature and find inner peace.

Even before I checked in, a butler reached out to confirm my arrival time and inquire about any specific needs or preferences. Our butler was absolutely fantastic! Since I mentioned I'm quite sensitive to insects, they thoughtfully arranged a private hot spring room with better privacy for me. All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness was impressive. The butler even managed to get me a disposable bathtub liner and laundry detergent when I asked. Soaking in the indoor hot spring while reading an e-book and watching a movie was incredibly relaxing and truly helped relieve my fatigue. I'll definitely be back! Our travel photographer, Yingnan, was also excellent. As I'm sensitive to the sun, she was very accommodating and always worked quickly to get the shots. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! The only slight drawback was breakfast. I went at 9:30 AM, which might have been a bit late, and there were a lot of people, making it feel a little disorganized.

The room was huge, and we really enjoyed the private hot spring. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly. Kids can easily spend a whole day playing at the soft play area and indoor water park. However, the indoor water park was a bit on the smaller side, and it tends to attract a lot of external visitors. My advice is to go a bit later in the day for a significantly better experience.

The Starry Sky Suite was absolutely stunning! With two king-size beds, it comfortably accommodated four people. The room was newly renovated and felt incredibly cozy. The hot tub on the balcony was an even bigger, delightful surprise – we thoroughly enjoyed soaking in it, singing, and having snacks. It made for a truly joyful holiday!

Absolutely fantastic, the service was top-notch, and everything was arranged perfectly down to the last detail. Our personal butler was also wonderful – genuinely kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. The room itself was very comfortable, and it even had an outdoor hot spring bath. The only slight drawback was that the weather didn't cooperate on our day, as it rained. Our room package came with complimentary fruit, evening dessert, and even a travel photoshoot. The photos were taken on the hotel's expansive lawn and turned out absolutely stunning. Overall, it was a truly wonderful trip.

Traveled with my child during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. After much deliberation, I finally chose this hotel and was not disappointed. The room was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured, and the private pool outside was spacious enough for a truly comfortable stay. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM. Although we checked in, our room wasn't immediately ready. The front desk staff thoughtfully provided afternoon tea vouchers, and the wait wasn't long – we were able to get our room key about half an hour later. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and snacks. Throughout our stay, the hotel also made a follow-up call to ensure our satisfaction. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

What a wonderful hotel! About half an hour before we arrived I had conracted the hotel for a special request and they made sure it happened. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We enjoyed our own private hot spring spa in our room and the ones in the public area. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the city. We went for a long walk to explore the area and it was beautiful. I hope to go back to this hotel again soon!

Celebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace. As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too. In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction. The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine. Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close. Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service.

Very Quite and lovely stuff

It was a very nice stay in the cabins the private hot spring is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The quality of the breakfast can be improved a little. Overall the hotel can be recommended.

The cabin area was quiet & tranquil, and the private hot spring is big & clean, it has a roof & thin curtains which is very helpful during the winter time. Although the room is a bit small, I especially loved the heated flooring. The staff were all courteous & wears a smile all the time, that’s the Howard Johnson brand. I was just surprised that food room service was over at 9pm, but the staff Xiong helped us order food from the outside enthusiastically! Five stars!!!

My favourite hot spring hotel in Ningbo. I think the buffet has room for improvement, but it's a comfortable hotel and the service is decent. It's a great family hotel and the surrounding area is beautiful.

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.
