Staying at this hotel was one of the true highlights of my trip to Xi'an. Initially, I hadn't even considered it. The booking platform had recommended a hotel near Yongning Gate, which, I must say, was the worst I've ever stayed at in all my years of traveling. I won't name it to avoid distracting from this review. Let's start with the positives of *this* hotel. Being an international chain, it truly leverages its network advantages – other places are simply terrible. The first hotel completely soured my mood for the entire Xi'an trip. I only booked this one after that awful experience. Being newly opened, the rooms and facilities are excellent. But the absolute key is the service attitude and attentiveness – any issue raised is resolved immediately. One young man at the front desk, who I believe might be the front desk manager, proactively contacted us to address an issue we had only casually mentioned to another front desk colleague. We were truly impressed. **Cleanliness:** Quite good overall, though a bit more attention to detail during extended stay cleaning would make it perfect. **Facilities:** Excellent soundproofing in the rooms; hallway noise is barely audible. Despite being next to a main road, it wasn't loud at all. **Service:** Excellent, highly recommended. The only slight area for improvement, I'd say, is breakfast. The hot dishes on the first day were quite good, but the quality seemed to decline over the next two days. Overall, the experience was perfect. Thanks to this hotel, my Xi'an trip wasn't completely ruined. Otherwise, I honestly felt I would never want to visit Xi'an again. I wish you all the best in your business.
