I stayed in a different hotel for half a month from California to Texas. This is the worst one. The bedding looks like chemical fiber, and the pillows have all kinds of taste! !! !! We have already given bad reviews on yelp, we must tell everyone not to come! !! !! However, the service of a younger brother at the front desk was very good. The baby's milk was gone. There was no milk in the merchandise department. The younger brother gave away breakfast milk in particular! So the service gives 5 points! !!

Couldn’t figure out the coffee pot with the FREE packaged pods. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were less than desirable. Fried egg Looked like something you’d get in a kids toy food kit. 

The overall feeling is very good, the staff is very friendly, the hotel facilities are complete, the pool, gym, laundry room, parking building are available, and it is convenient to use. The location is also good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Suitable for family travel and living. Relatively weak is breakfast, there are not many choices.

We stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old. 

The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one. 

The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed. 

The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

Room was nice and big but it was hair everywhere like the didn’t clean it. That was the only problem. 



Customer service was super. Breakfast was awesome 

The room that I booked was not what I received upon checking in. I had paid for 2 queen sized beds but gotten 1 queen and a sofa bed. Front desk informed me that they were out of 2 queen beds and sometimes third party apps uploads incorrect information. Service recovery was not the best. Credits were offers but that does not reflect the price differences between the two types of room. Not to mention that decision was made purely for the fact that I was promised 2 queen beds. Overall, hotel was okay, just not what I had in mind.

I drove through Nashville and found a new hotel to stay in near Vanderbilt University, which exceeded my expectations. The details of the hotel are very considerate. The rooms have kitchen supplies and refrigerators, microwaves, and dishwashers. Suitable for a short stay. The bed is huge and the sofa can be used as a bed. It is within walking distance to Vanderbilt University and only takes ten minutes by taxi to the city center. Overnight parking costs $30.
The breakfast is also very rich and every detail is reflected. If I were not in a hurry, I would really want to stay a few more days.

I can’t give this hotel enough stars for how amazing this hotel experience was.  The location is amazing if you are wanting something within a few blocks of Broadway.  The hotel was kept extremely clean.
The best thing about this hotel was the people who worked there.  Every person that we came in contact with was amazing.  Friendly, helpful and always smiling.  It was so refreshing to experience that atmosphere.  So, this hotel comes highly rated.  It will make your Nashville travels even better!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Can walk nearest restaurant about 10-15 mins. Has coin operated  laundry which is a great help. Room is big but there a few issues we faced:

Room : 219
1. Shower no heater (barely feel any warm water)
2. Hairdryer not working 
3. Directly facing pool, so can hear kids shouting and jumping around the pool. It’s fine after a certain time at night.
4. Can hear plane flying past.

Breakfast is average but it’s good enough. Free airport shuttle is a plus. 

Is good for over night stay before catching the plane once the heater and hair dryer are fixed.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was not bad, there was a shuttle bus to Universal Studios in the morning, but it took 20 minutes to walk. The soap provided by the hotel has a feeling of not being clean, and it is especially slippery every time you wash your hands! I stayed at the end of December 23, the hotel has two elevators one is available, and the waiting time for the elevator will be longer.

The hotel is relatively new, the facilities are well maintained, the staff service is not bad, there is a taste of decoration, which affects my mood. As for the health or not, I can't be sure. In the morning, a staff member suddenly broke in when I listed Do Not Disturb, put paper towels in the bathroom, and looked at us in the bathroom. I realized that I said hello and said sorry. I went to the wrong room. Fortunately, we were wearing clothes and didn't do anything interesting.

Excellent stay. Good location. Very clean big and comfortable room staff very cooprative. Breakfast good but can be improve by adding more things local transport station near by walking distance

Clean facility, professional staff, great value for Orlando

New hotel, facilities are not bad, far from the downtown area, beautiful and clean environment, typical American breakfast.
