三星級標準還是可以的。可以免費升級，送早餐。當時看中離太湖黿頭渚近，但其實離黿頭渚還是有點距離的，還是要開車或者公交到達。

對比了湖濱商業街附近的酒店看網上的照片感覺還可以 也是附近酒店價格高的了，實際到店感覺是個很老的酒店各種設施都破破的 衞生不乾淨 房間有異味 窗簾不遮光一大早被外面的光照醒 衹能用桌子壓着窗簾才能稍微好一點….房間一點都不隔音隔壁打噴嚏 樓上沖馬桶水流聲聽的一清二楚

房間很乾凈，前台的小姐姐也很熱情，服務很到位，住在湖濱街也沒有很吵鬧 挺安靜的，有智能音箱和電動床簾，房間燈光也很不錯，4樓是餐廳 10樓洗衣房

酒店很不錯，首先是位置很好，離黿頭渚挺近，定位就在濱湖商業街，出門各種吃飯的地方，燒烤，火鍋，打邊爐，炒菜海鮮應有盡有，順利打卡了網紅店活潑鮮跳。酒店前台效率很高，入住還幫我們升級了，本來預訂的是普通的大床房，升級成高級的大床房，衞生狀況也ok，還有落地窗。酒店後面就是停車場，退房的時候報一下車牌號就可以了，下次如果還來無錫玩的話會考慮住這邊，總之就是價廉物美啦😁

前台服務態度很好，也很細心，網上預訂後到了酒店看到跟長者出行，幫忙升級了同層緊挨隔壁的房間，遊玩回來後夜景很美，房間可以看日出。
離開時天氣炎熱，還熱心提醒帶了礦泉水。很滿意的酒店👍
