From details to full care, every service staff is as warm and professional as family, which makes the travel experience directly maximized. "This is the first time I choose an InterContinental hotel to bring my children to experience the light of Taihu Lake and the beauty of Lihu Lake in Wuxi. I am grateful to the concierge for showing me the room. I decided to choose this hotel, but the decoration smell is really strong but it does not affect the stay. The front desk manager Torison's efficient and fast check-in process is quite professional. He also helped me arrange children's toiletries and prepared a bathtub cover for the children to take a bath. It is very considerate. The breakfast on the fourth floor is of good quality, but it is a bit crowded when the team stays in. The swimming pool is small but very clean. The room hygiene is very good. The toiletries are very high-end. The takeaway ordered in the evening needs to be picked up by yourself. There are a few minor flaws during the stay. Thank you Manager Kevin Jiang for helping me change rooms and taking me to see other rooms. Because the abnormal noise in the room prevented me from falling asleep, earplugs were also arranged. Snacks and drink coupons were arranged for the next day. The children had a lot of fun. The overall stay was very good, and the service attitude was very enthusiastic. The hotel hardware needs to be improved. The surrounding area is too remote. Wuxi really has no nightlife."

"Relaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill. Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay. The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy. Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app. I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open. There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled. I would choose to stay here again."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun! A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!"
