Very near to Railway station and within walking distance to metro station. Reception is friendly and helpful.

My stay at CitiGo Wuxi Shenglimen was truly a 12/10 experience! I have been to many hotels in China already with good experiences, but this one definitely stood out by having nicest employees. Special thanks to Cindy for the great service! :) The hotel is very clean and modern, also very convenient as it is only one station away from Wuxi Railway station and just a 3 Minute walk to the metro. The breakfast is delicious too. Throughout the day you can also ask for freshly grounded coffee, which is an extra plus :) I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Wuxi!

Near Shenglimem Metro station. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated lobby. Recommended.

This hotel is really good and worth what we pay. The room is proper size and cozy. Beds are really comfortable that made me sleep tight. The location is near subway and bus station so you can take a bus to yuantouzhu park directly. Breakfast is amazing , you will have many choices and you can find many options of snack, bakery, and fruit. You also can get late night snack for free which is dumpling with soup. Not only it is delicious l, but al so no extra charge. You can ask for water and soft drink refill unlimit. I will suggest my friend and other who plan to go to wuxi and I will choose this place again if I have a chance. Finally, you will get a mini cut bag of snack as a gift.

went to wuxi to see a cherry blossom and decided to stay in this hotel. located in the city, easy to access, and the room is also clean! very recommended

This is a modern and clean hotel. Rooms provide smart devices to control TV and AC, there are also earplugs and slippers for guests to use. There is free laundry and a small gym too. Breakfast is average but it is free.

Nice hotel. The night shift staff was wonderful(Made every attempt to communicate in English) The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. They had wireless charging available and the room is controlled by an iPad like device. Located just 5 mins walking distance from exit 1 of shenglimen(胜利门)-line 1 (1 stop from Wuxi railway station) The breakfast was nice with balance choices in Chinese and western food.

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.
