Good value for money.. but do not expect prompt service. We reserved a room with 4 people but when checked in there were only 2 towels. We have to asked for them twice and waited for more than 1 hour to get another 2 towels that we needed. When we checked in, the hotel made clear that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned if we wanted to. They have a policy not to enter the room without the guests specifically asked then to.... which is fair and understandable. So on the second day we wanted 2 new towels. Hours later after we left for lunch, they brought 2 new ones and took 3 old ones... so we were again one short. Besides these incidents, all went fine.

One of the best in town for the price. It's well maintained, and the breakfast is surprisingly good. It's only a couple of blocks away from a major plaza that houses more than 10 restaurants (mostly Japanese, but very good nonetheless). I tried a couple of different hotels in Torrance area, but this is by far the most comfortable and sanitary accommodation under $150.

My 2nd stay here. I love this place. Definitely coming back. Wish I would have found this place sooner!

I have stayed in many hotels in the US and this was the only hotel which refused to let me check-in because I used my English name instead of the name in my passport to book the hotel. Normally, it would not be a problem at the other hotels when I present the original credit card used for the booking. But in this case, the hotel reception insisted that I had to contact Trip.com to amend the name in my booking which took more than 3 hours to happen while I was waiting in the lobby during this time. Really disappointed by the way the hotel management handled my check in.

The Redac Gateway Hotel was excellent. For starters they have bidets in the room. The breakfast buffet was so good a numerous selection of a variety of foods. The front desk agent was so polite and informative. A great experience.

This is one of the nice hotels I use most of the time. It may in in a okay neighborhood but worth it

Staffs of the hotel reception were very kind.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant was closed for Thanksgiving this time, so next time I stay here, I would like to try the breakfast.

The room was very clean, the waiter was friendly and the parking was convenient. I will stay in this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.
