離火車站比較近對於早班車的來説很方便、居住環境沒有圖片上那麼精緻、入住的房間床好像往一邊塌、其他的還是可以的

1.先説整體的衞生，非常的差勁，隨處可見都是破破爛爛，床單配套上面也有臟污的痕跡。衞生間真的也是破破舊舊，根本不想進去洗澡，誰懂遊玩了一天回到品質這麼差的民宿，衹能湊合湊合睡覺，價格也真的一點也不便宜，讓人難以相信這是攜程排名第一的民宿，然後也在小red book 上看到了很多推廣，太離譜了。
2.再説整體的服務，從始至終沒有人聯繫過我們，關於提前入住或者是房間號如何進入的事情，是我們自己到了聯繫酒店打電話才有人告知房間號是多少？如何進入，我們把行李存在了他們的倉庫裏面，發現倉庫裏竟然還有蟑螂。
3.再説一下整體的環境，是在一棟大樓裏面，大樓裏每一層都可以隨便進出的，非常的不安全，隔音也非常差，我們一整晚都能夠聽到隔壁的聲音以及門口走路的聲音。
整體的無錫行就因為這家酒店而變得很難受😣！！！！
