"Wuhu Yipeng Hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Tianmenshan Road light rail station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel looks quite grand from the outside. But the service inside is not up to par. Checking in was difficult from the beginning. The front desk was idle, and they insisted on using the self-service machine, which was stuck, so the customer stood there for more than ten minutes. I reminded them twice that the machine card should be processed manually, but they just didn't listen and insisted on waiting for the machine. Very speechless... When I checked out and gave the room card to the front desk, the front desk staff didn't even raise their heads. This service attitude is speechless. The last thing I can't understand is that the hotel has such a large parking lot, but it actually charges guests staying in the hotel. If you really can't do it, you can raise the room price a little. It's a speechless experience to stay in a business trip."

"Advantages: The room was quite large, located next to the subway station, with the subway entrance right outside the door, making it very convenient to get to the city center (20 minutes one way). There was free parking and a few slow chargers. Tea was available in the lobby. A disposable toilet seat cover was provided, which was usable. There was also a wardrobe. Disadvantages: We stayed on a Saturday, so the room price wasn't cheap, as most hotels charge extra on weekends. The booking included breakfast for two, but what was unpleasant was that both the front desk and breakfast counter clearly stated that children's breakfasts were full price—20 yuan per child. We had one 7-year-old and one 12-year-old, and ended up paying 30 yuan. However, the variety, nutrition, and taste of the breakfast didn't match the price. There were four washing machines, one and a half of which were broken. Half of the rooms upstairs were dark, indicating no one was staying there. We had to hand-wash our clothes. The carpets and chairs in the room were very dirty."

"The front desk was very welcoming and upgraded the room. The room was large, the decoration was exquisite, the view from the balcony was nice, and the breakfast was good. But the core air conditioner of the five-star hotel uses a simple duct machine, and the outdoor unit is inside the balcony. The noise is still very obvious at night. The shower is not very good, the standard of a fast hotel, the water is not big enough and the big shower head above can't be used. But these are minor flaws. If it weren't for the outrageous customer service staff, I would be very satisfied overall. At nine o'clock in the morning, there was a lot of noise outside. It turned out that the customer service staff wanted to put the replacement clean linens in each room that had not been checked out. I was sleeping on the bed, and she didn't knock on the door and swiped the card directly to enter the room and put down the linens. The lady who was traveling with me was hit hard by a room attendant with a room cart."

"A very satisfying experience. The hotel facilities and services are great! 👍🏻We booked two rooms. When checking in, the front desk lady was very considerate to help us arrange the room opposite. She said that she specially arranged a very close room for us. I was touched.☺️When we had breakfast, we went late, but there were still a lot of dishes. There was no shortage of dishes because the breakfast time was almost over. I think this is very good! I will choose this hotel next time I go to Wuhu. 😋"

"1. Win because the environment outside the window is good 2. The room facilities are average. The bedside is dirty. The pillowcase was yellow the next day. It was late on the day of check-in so I couldn't see clearly (yellow light). 3. The vegetable salad for breakfast was full of sauce and I couldn't eat it. The waiter could ask the guests how much sauce they used."

"First off, it was 38 degrees Celsius, and the hotel hallway didn't have air conditioning. When we entered the room, it was stuffy and hot. Even the laundry room and gym didn't have AC. Then, for a newly opened hotel, after staying one night, I woke up with a sore throat, and I was with my child – it felt like we paid to inhale formaldehyde. Lastly, the breakfast was a bit disappointing, mostly pre-made dishes. However, if you overlook the first two points, it's decent for the price. The positives are that it's not far from Fantawild, the cleanliness is good, the room is quite spacious, and there's a laundry room. But I'd recommend waiting a few more months before visiting."

"The rooms were large and clean; we had two rooms, but one of them had a slightly musty smell. The hotel's location is good, with various snack shops downstairs and taxis readily available. The front desk staff were all quite young and very friendly; they even helped us extend our check-out time. I would consider staying here again next time."
