When we checked in in the afternoon, the room the front desk gave us at first was not satisfactory because we could not see any exterior view due to the building itself. So we went back to the front desk to negotiate. We were originally going to cancel the order and find a new hotel, but the front desk guy upgraded us to a deluxe room for free without saying a word. What was even more surprising was that my family happened to have a birthday that day. When we went out to play for a while and returned to the room at night, there was a big birthday cake and a greeting card on the table! Some of our other requests were also met, and the room service staff were very friendly! A pleasant hotel experience! In addition, the hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop at the door, and only 10 minutes away from Wuhu Railway Station and the nearest light rail station, making it very convenient to travel! I sincerely recommend it!"

"This is the first time I've ever given a hotel such a poor rating. The service is absolutely unprofessional! As a Ctrip Gold Diamond and IHG veteran, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! First, the hotel is considered one of the best five-star hotels in the area, but when we pulled up to the entrance, their doorman just stood by the car and didn't open the door, let alone offer to unload our luggage. I was surprised! But the doorman looked quite old, so I felt embarrassed to ask for anything. Second, I ordered takeout from the hotel, and no one called to let me know it took a long time to arrive. I called the delivery driver, and he said he delivered it to the front desk and told me my room number, and they said they would contact me. Setting aside the delivery driver's responsibility, didn't the front desk staff have an obligation to call me? My room number was already written there. Third, this was the most disheartening experience for me. On my last day, after checking out, they refunded my pre-authorized deposit, but I was short 80 yuan. I called back to inquire about the drinks I'd ordered from the bar. I immediately said, "I won't have them." The waiter was very rude, saying, "Oh, we made a mistake. We'll refund you later. Sorry!" Well, how quick was that? I waited over a week! I then called Ctrip to complain, and they only refunded me three days after I complained! You can imagine how awful this was! I won't say anything else. Everyone can make their own choice. At this price, there are other more worthwhile hotels in the area. I'm here to help everyone avoid this!"

"This is the first time in my life I've given a bad hotel review; I simply couldn't tolerate it anymore—the experience was outrageously bad! Before booking, although I saw many reviews mentioning unpleasant odors in the rooms, I was still understanding of a new hotel and thought I could tolerate it for the unbeatable river view. However, reality far exceeded my expectations. Even after more than a month of opening, the pungent smell was still there. Not only was the room smelly, but the smell in the hallways was so strong it stung my eyes. For a hotel of this level, such a strong odor after being open for so long is truly unacceptable. However, I was somewhat prepared for this, so I could barely tolerate it. And then came the even more outrageous problem! A gym and swimming pool are basically standard amenities for hotels of this level, and the hotel booking page did indeed advertise a pool, gym, and towel lounge. After checking in, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have its own gym! The so-called facilities are shared with a gym next door. Guests who want to swim or work out have to go to the gym's front desk to register their name and room number, and even leave their hotel room card there before they can swim or exercise! Putting aside the fact that the gym and swimming pool were overcrowded and offered no enjoyment, being required to hand over room keys and personal check-in information to a completely unrelated external organization is an absurd practice I've never experienced before. The hotel completely disregards guest privacy and safety! Spending thousands of dollars on a hotel room only to receive this kind of service, I lost all interest in appreciating the river view I was looking forward to. A terrible experience from start to finish, extremely disappointing, and I would never recommend it."
