When I was standing there waiting, I saw that she only cooked one net bag in the pot. I reminded her if she had cooked one less. She actually said: Just take care of your own. Every time I returned to my room, it wouldn't work, and I'd have to go all the way down to the front desk to ask them to reactivate it. The front desk staff showed no apology and had an indifferent attitude, dealing with the issue very unenthusiastically. It felt like they expected guests to run back and forth. 2. **Room Noise:** The smart toilet frequently made loud, high-pitched noises, like construction sounds from a building site. I tolerated it during the day, but when I reported it to the front desk, they verbally promised to "immediately send a technician." However, it was all talk; no one ever came to look at it, even up to check-out. 3. **Hygiene:** On the first night, when I pulled back the covers, I found an insect (like a cockroach or beetle) on the pillow. 4. **Amenities:** Insufficient tissues were provided, and there was no phone in the room, so any issues required another trip down the elevator to the front desk. Aside from the convenient location, I wouldn't recommend staying here."
