"I must give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The interior is elegant and tastefully decorated. The rooms are kept clean and tidy, showing attention to detail. The food is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The front desk service is especially attentive and thoughtful. I was in a hurry to check out and lost my watch and phone, so they contacted me promptly. They were very careful to confirm my identity, even asking for my phone's unlock code to make sure it was correct. This made me feel that the hotel management is very responsible, and staying here felt like coming home. At checkout, the receptionist was also very welcoming, first asking how my stay was, if I needed an invoice, and if I had a car. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family."

"Every time I travel for business, I choose Atour. The rooms are always comfortable, and the service is incredibly welcoming. The facilities are spotless, and everything in the room is brand new and smart. The front desk staff are warm and helpful, and all the employees provide excellent service with a great attitude. They even proactively offered to do my laundry and recommended nearby places to eat for my husband and me. After washing, they dried and folded our clothes and brought them back to us. "I came to Wuhu temporarily. I found a one close to the school. It was also the highest price opposite the school. The environment was good, but the room was poorly soundproofed. The next room was bathing and talking. The toilet was clear, and because it was in the business district, it was noisy. If you don't mind sound insulation, you can live for a day or two on a short trip, and the room decoration is OK. Secondly, the front desk and cleaning of the hotel also feel more perfunctory, because I stayed at around 23:00 in the evening. When I went out the next afternoon, I happened to meet the cleaning aunt. I told the aunt to clean the room. When I came back at night, the room was still not cleaned up. When I checked out, I found that more than half of the wash towels were not taken away at the sink. I called and asked again. I said that I didn’t know where I was going. I might be thrown away by the aunt as garbage. It was funny but it didn’t matter hhh."
