Response from Property: We're deeply sorry that your sleep was disrupted by the air conditioning issue on Wuhan's scorching summer night! 😭 You're absolutely right—in temperatures exceeding 30°C, having good air conditioning is a necessity more than any other service. A room temperature stuck at 26-27°C can be incredibly difficult to sleep in, and the cooler hallway exacerbates the discomfort. We fully understand the frustration of wanting to cool down but not being able to, and we've immediately launched a special air conditioning solution! If you can let us know in advance next time you visit, we'll reserve a room for you. We deeply apologize again for the air conditioning issue, and thank you for pointing it out so we can make sure your stay is even cooler.
