My wife and kid really enjoy the stay, wonderful breakfast, affordable price, perfect location to go almost anywhere about the city of West Jakarta. The cleanliness could be better, though. But, overall, really makes it up for the budget stay.

Some parts of the bed sheet & pillow sheet are still dirty. Location is good, but at night there are people hanging out and making noise around the front of the hotel. Service is not good, need to wait a little long time for check in because the booking from trip.com is not received by the hotel's system. Also, when breakfast, the dessert is empty and not refilled, so I didn't get the dessert, even thought the time is still at 7 AM!!! Amenities, so-so.

Can't check in early, otherwise everything is good, breakfast is neatly arranged and clean

When we entered we were kindly received, even though it was already 1am. We came into the room and found a dirty spot everywhere. simply dirty.

Facilities are not well maintained. AC remote control not working, room is a bit dirty. There is still trash on the table when first checked in. Mineral water is not available when checked in. Hot water is not working properly
