A very nice and clean hotel and its location is super convenient to go to Jungerfraujoch. And the most important is everywhere is in the fairy tales like. I love this hotel very much.

Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages. Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air. Breakfast spread was decent. Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings. Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room.

The hotel front desk is very friendly and the service is very good. There are some things that were not communicated with the hotel in advance when booking, but the hotel finally solved them without charge and the attitude was also very friendly. It's a very good service.

Good value for money, good location, and clean room facilities. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. I will stay here again next time.
