Alma Grand Place Hotel Reviews

Our stay was quite an experience, as we found ourselves in a unique underground basement apartment. While it felt a bit odd to have to climb upstairs to reach the bedroom, it added a quirky charm to our stay. However, we did encounter a mysterious puddle in front of the door that raised a few eyebrows! The TV was mounted a bit too high in the corner, which made for some interesting viewing angles. On a brighter note, the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making us feel welcome. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—ideally situated close to everything you could want.

The Alma Hotel has an excellent location , all attractions are just minutes waking distance away. The frant desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. We have free room upgrade.

Amazing location, really friendly staff. Issue with drain on the wet room, drains very slowly resulting in issue with whole bathroom being wet.

Clean room, comfortable bed, room size is large, staff are friendly.  Most importantly, very good location to travel around.  If you feel tired, you can go back to the hotel to rest and go out again. The only draw back is, the shower is not strong enough.

The receptionist are very helpful and friendly. With warming smile make you feel comfort. Since our flight arrived in the morning but check in time officially should be at 3 pm. But she still help us the do earlier check in at 2pm when the room available. The location is good, near to central area and restaurant.

The location is perfect

The room is relatively small, there is no balcony, the facilities are relatively old, the front desk service is OK, it is close to the train station, and there are many restaurants nearby, but the room price is relatively expensive, equivalent to a room under 200 in China.

It was very convenient, being within a 5-minute walk from both the central station and the Grand Place. I was able to walk to the illuminated Grand Place without any worries. There are also many restaurants nearby. The atmosphere was homey and the front desk staff were very kind. I gave the staff some Japanese tea and cherry blossom cookies, which they were very happy to receive. Thank you for your help.

The location is very convenient to all major attractions in Brussels. The key point is that the room is very large, which is a combination of two rooms. The TV can connect to the movies on your phone, we watched the squid game at night and had a great time

The room was very expensive for what it offered. The heating in the bathroom didn't work properly and it was very cold. The water pressure at the sink is so high that you can quickly ruin your outfit. There are cracks in the walls and the furniture is cheap and worn. There was construction work going on in the lobby so you could only enter the hotel via a side entrance. You pay a four-star price for a three-star hotel that feels like two stars.
