The location was super amazing. The room had a great view, and bed was very comfortable. Staff at the reception were quite helpful, but the manager not at all. They were doing construction work above my room at 08:00 in the morning, and the manager didn't seem to care that much, even after i called the noise continued until they finished the work.

Nice view of world trade centre, close to a few subway stations, rooms are decent but lack maintenance.

A view to die for. No food or drink facilities in the hotel itself or in rooms. Could do with being refreshed as tatty woodwork etc. With a view like that all is forgiven

Have stayed here numerous times, and it's consistently a well managed and run hotel. Clean and conveniently located with a great view in most rooms.

The location of the hotel is great and the room is clean and big enough.

It was a very welcoming hotel, with it being close to all the attractions and even better getting around was even easier

Hotel rooms need some work are starting to show their age, even just a bit of paint and some light maintenance and deep cleaning would probably be enough. Otherwise pretty decent for a NY hotel rooms are a good size, nice views and staff is friendly for NY.

The hotel is acceptable, considered the price is relatively cheap among the other hotels in manhattan. But no coffee and tea bag, nor kettle are provided.

The room offered a lovely view of the One World Trade Center, and its location is conveniently close to subway stations. However, the room could benefit from some updates, as it seemed a bit old and outdated.

Really nice hotel, really loved our experience here. I think the location is prime, really close to the world trade center, oculus, Wall Street and statute of liberty tours. Room was clean and spacious. Price wasn't bad too given high Manhattan prices.

We booked a 3-night stay at The Washington by Luxurban hotel from May 15th to 18th. After staying at the hotel, when we woke up on the second night, my son was bitten twice on the forehead by an insect and my wife was bitten on the back. Our family refused the hotel. After deciding not to stay overnight, I met the hotel reception staff and explained the situation. The young staff apologized and said that you can leave. We will transfer your payment for one day to your card within 24 hours. He even wrote it on a piece of paper. The money has not been credited to my card yet. Please settle this complaint!!! If we don't refund, we will take further measures. Lies should not win in anything. The truth will always win.

Nice view and near to the Brooklyn bridge

The location was great. Right next to the World Trade Center. The view was amazing. The room was clean and had everything that was needed.
