Environment was top! And the location is very ideal, close to the metro, making city walking very convenient!

The location is excellent as it is just a stone throw away from Guanqian Street. Plenty of good food (local delicacies) nearby. We enjoyed our stay as the staff was hospitable in checking with us amenities that need to be replenished. However, for the room type that we have chosen (with loft), it is not suitable for people who are above 1.7m height as we knocked on our head every day due to the ceiling structure. It would also be good that if the homestay's shower head water flow could be stronger.

Very nice flat, modern and bright with cute little terrace. Good and quiet location. Would like to come back next time!

Very strategic location and fast response from host. It would be better if the toilet had a door or shield. But overall, enjoy the stay very much🥰

Host will personally contact in advance as the road over there was construction, they give a clear instruction for it. This was nice place, beside the hotel, there has a very nice night market open until 1am..

The house is very cozy and the environment is very nice. The owner's service is also very good. The hygiene is also very good. The surrounding facilities are also very convenient. There are food and drinks. It is also very comfortable to take a walk in the evening. Recommended

This B&B is right across from Guanqian Street! It's very convenient for exploring the surrounding area [grin], which greatly shortened our travel time. It's very nice [jump jump]. The room has a wide variety of disposable items, including disposable toilet seats and disposable razors. How thoughtful! We arrived in the afternoon, put our luggage away, and went shopping and eating on Guanqian Street across the street. In the evening, we came back and watched variety shows on the projection screen with friends to relax [silly smile]. The courtyard of the B&B is beyond beautiful, and the room style is also very unique. I love it and will definitely come back next time I'm in Suzhou [silly smile]

I really liked the location and of course the hotel itself. My room is two-story, the bed is big, everything was clean and stylish. They brought water. And also tea as a gift. The hotel was near the metro, exit 4 I liked the panoramic glazing, the exit to the garden. And I managed to see the best sights. I will stay there again when I come to Suzhou.

It was a bad experience. It is undeniable that the location of Mingsu is ideal, close to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, and the room is also very large. But the glass door of the bathroom in the room I booked was broken, and no one repaired it in advance. The cleaning staff should have found it when they cleaned it, right? Or did they not clean the bathroom? Since we only stayed overnight, we did not force the master to repair it, and asked Mingsu to wait until we checked out before repairing it. Then after a whole day of sightseeing, we went back to rest at night and took a shower, only to find that the shower gel was used up and no one added it, which made us more suspicious of the scope of the entire cleaning work. The floor drain in the bathroom was also very blocked. Basically, if you turn on the water for 5 minutes, you have to wait for 30 minutes for the water to flow. You can imagine that we were so tired after a whole day, just wanting to rest, but encountering this series of things was a very tiring experience. But we only stayed for one night, so we didn't care too much.

The accommodation is very clean and well designed. There is a small yard in the house, and the rooms are independent, each with its own bathroom. The location is also very convenient, and Guanqian Street is right outside, where you can eat, drink and buy things.

Overall, it was clean and nice. It was convenient and easy to use because it was near a tourist map. The manager was friendly and responded quickly, so I had a pleasant stay for a day.
