It’s one of the best hotel in the whole country. I highly recommend the intercontinental in whatever city in the US after an amazing in the one in Miami, Atlanta and Washington D.C.

We upgraded to a river view room at the hotel. The view was very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The room was very clean and the bathroom layout was good. The hotel lobby provides free teas of all kinds. I really like hot apple tea, especially when I come back from the cold outside and drink a cup of hot apple tea in the hotel lobby. It's very comfortable. I would also like to praise the front desk staff and manager of the hotel. The service was very good. Once we came back and the room was not cleaned, the hotel waived one day's room fee and some other fees. This is what a high-end hotel looks like.
