"The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived and rooms were spotless, everything we needed. Did have a little musty smell but it's an older building didn't spoil they stay. We ate in the lounge bar food was lovely staff again were great. We requested a quiet room and it was didn't hear a noise peaceful stay. There's a nature walk on the grounds it was nice of an evening to take a little stroll lovely surroundings I'd stay there again"

"This is a very distinctive cabin hotel! Although it is a cabin, the facilities inside are complete (but there is no refrigerator), the decoration is full of medieval style, and the whole park has an ancient atmosphere. The environment is green and beautiful, and you can see wild ducks swimming and foraging by the stream. There are games for children in the park and regular entertainment programs every day. Children like it very much. The overall price is good, I have a wonderful holiday with my family here!"

"As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue."

"I stayed here for 2 days. It takes just over an hour by car from the rental car company near Heathrow Airport. Parking was 5 pounds per day. It was a good location for touring the Cotswolds. I saw about 4 staff members, and they all welcomed me kindly. The room was clean and just the right size. The bathroom was clean and nice. There were many outlets, which I think is convenient. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. It seems that you have to ask for housekeeping at the counter in advance. I forgot to ask, and I only asked for towels to be changed later, but they changed them right away. I think it's better to prepare body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush set, etc. in advance. It's very convenient because there is a gas station, restaurants (KFC, Starbucks Coffee, etc.) and a supermarket right next to it. Thank you for your polite service. I would like to go again if I have the opportunity."

"Another great stay here, our room was the exact same as usual however some of the lights were abit naff or didn’t work this time around, no major issues but shame compared to previous stays. Likewise the tv remote was very temperamental this time around. But as it was booked in advance for a cheap night it was great."

"I paid online three days before I arrived at the hotel. When I went to check-in, I said that I had not paid yet. After I found the evidence for him, I could check-in smoothly ! The wash basin is slow to drain water, and only staying for 2 nights has little impact  The shower type shower in the family room, the fire is not convenient for children to use"

"The location of the hotel is very good at a golf course in the suburbs, very close to the highway but you have to drive. The only complaint is that the breakfast is really bad and everything else is pretty good "
