5 stars for this BudgetFriendly Hostel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved my stay at St. Christopher’s Inn in Vienna! It was such a great experience — super clean, comfortable, and honestly way cheaper than I expected for the quality. The facilities were spotless, and everything felt really well taken care of. I was seriously impressed! It’s rare to find a place that’s both budget-friendly and this well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very Good

The receptionists are very kind, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is spacious, and it’s nice that the toilet and shower are separate. Each bed has its own curtain and light, which gives you some privacy and prevents you from disturbing others when your light is on. It’s also pretty quiet overall. However, the toilet had a really bad smell — like strong urine — and even with the door closed, you could still smell it. The shower drain was also very slow, which made it quite unpleasant. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.

Good location and accessible to transporting stations and main streets making your stay easier. In walking-distance, you can reach most landscapes and hotspots in Wien. Staff is chill and cool. The place is good to hang around with newly met travelers in your room. Suggest to prepare your personal padlock for your luggages as it is a mix of travelers in a same room.

To me, this hostel is absolutely fantastic and surprisingly affordable. What makes it stand out even more is that it accommodates families, providing spacious and comfortable rooms suitable for everyone. Its location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, which makes traveling around the city effortless. Additionally, the hostel offers easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for both short stays and longer visits. The combination of comfort, affordability, and convenience truly makes it a place I would highly recommend.

Good hotel, very clean, very close to the metro station and takes 14 mins to go to the city centre (eg st Stephen cathedral), very clean, they also provide water boiler and tea which is very nice, the hotel staff were nice, lobby a bit small, but overall the room has great facilities and enjoyed the stay there, highly recommend!

[Location] The hotel is located a short walk from Vienna Central Station, providing excellent access to major transportation hubs. There are supermarkets nearby, so sourcing food and drinks was easy. [Amenities] While there is no kitchen on-site, there is a shared microwave and kettle, allowing for simple cooking and beverage preparation. Dishes and cutlery are also provided, so I didn't feel inconvenienced during my stay. The tap water in the room is drinkable, so there's no need to buy water. Full-body liquid soap is provided in the shower, and a hair dryer is also provided, so basic hygiene is easily achieved without bringing your own. [Security] Access to the building, the doors to each floor, and the guest rooms are all controlled by card keys, so there were few security concerns. However, the card key reader at the building entrance was a bit slow, and I occasionally had to ring the front desk to open it. The 24-hour front desk provided a significant relief, regardless of the time of day. [Room & Bed Area] The beds have individual curtains, making it easy to maintain privacy. Each bed was equipped with an outlet, USB-A and USB-C ports, and a reading light, making it easy to charge smartphones and other devices. Each room had a separate toilet and shower, making it convenient. [Lockers] Lockers are located on the first floor and are available for a fee. Card payments are accepted, and lockers are available for 2, 6, or 24-hour use. Small and large sizes are available, allowing for different uses. [Overall Review] The hostel offered a good balance of location, facilities, and security, providing a comfortable environment for a stay. While there is room for improvement in some minor areas, overall satisfaction was high.

Having stayed at the Paris branch, I know this hostel emphasizes youth and offers free social activities every night to help you meet other guests. However, due to local regulations that only allow heating but not air conditioning, the rooms are poorly ventilated, and closing the windows can easily result in a stuffy, unpleasant smell.

It seems like a very well-organized dormitory. People of all ages and genders from all over the world were there. The entrance, floor entrances, and room entrances were all controlled by smart keys, which made it feel safe. The four-person rooms were incredibly spacious, which was nice. Each room had its own shower and bathroom, but there were no shared facilities. The only downside is this: Towels cost 3 euros, and a large coin locker with 6 hours of use costs 5 euros. Still, it was cheap. I think I paid 23,000 won. I'm satisfied with everything I received!!
