The service provided by every single staff ranging from front desk to concierge was excellent and flawless. Mario (front desk), Enrique/Alex/Miguel (concierge) we super helpful to help arrange for our tours to Avila and Segovia. The best service we have received from a 5-star hotel the past 5 years we have been to!

The location is very good! The staff are very friendly! The only downside is that the breakfast is too simple and never changes! If you have the conditions, you can eat out. There are so many restaurants near the hotel. It's very convenient

I don't know about other room types, but the one I booked is totally unacceptable. It says it has a courtyard view, but it's just a very small patio, basically a closed window, and the room is small. It's very depressing to live in. For this price with these facilities, I can only say, don't be a sucker

I booked a room for a client and I had already paid for it. The hotel front desk system did not find it. Fortunately, I arranged for staff to accompany the client to check in, otherwise it would have affected my client's experience. There was a problem with the account system of the international chain hotel. It is hard to understand.

JW Marriott has never been disappointed. The decoration style is very in line with my preferences. The small balcony in the room is a plus. The location is also in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will stay here next time.
