"Not a lot of B&B choices in Vicksburg, but the Duff Green stable of rooms are worth a look. We stayed in the Halpino building on Locust Street, with six rooms. The Tennessee Williams Room was acceptable and clean. Only six blocks from downtown eateries and museums, and ten minutes to Battleground Park. Would recommend you look into the rooms at the Duff Green Mansion itself (where all breakfasts are served)."

"Stopped here to sleep while in a road trip. This seems to be an older hotel, and it could use some touch ups, but overall the place is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very nice. I checked in late, the clerk on duty, I believe her name was Destiny, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I'm ever in the area again. My only complaints are that the facility needs to be fixed up a bit, and the light from the microwave display is too bright (silly, but it did disrupt my sleep a bit). Pics are of the area around the a/c in the room. "
