La quinta offers great location, competitive on line rates, friendly professional staff. Breakfast nothing special but my only real complaint is the hotel is real stingy with bath linens. Oh one more things soap, shampoo and conditioner in bottles is a real pet peeve, I mean really.

Terrible customer service. I Booked online and had a confirmation number and they told me they didn’t have a room available. They said someone should have called me, but they didn’t. When I expressed aggravation she got rude.

The ONLY negative was the struggling a/c—didn’t help at all that outside heat temperature was 111. The staff was incredible!!! Friendly and helpful—would definitely stay here again!

Rooms smelt moldy/ musky, seen several roaches, ac flooded the carpet which might explain the moldy smell.. horrible hotel

Air conditioning not working properly, breakfast was terrible, and rooms were dirty and dusty. Found a dirty sock on the floor from a previous guest. We don’t sleep well thinking something would crawl in our bed! I would spent the extra money for a nicer hotel. This hotel needs to be rejuvenated!

This is a solid hotel for the cost. It is a bit rundown and the rooms could use a good clean, but appreciate that it is best friendly and convenient to the highway, so a good option for a roadtrip stop.

The room was spacious and wonderful. The lady at the front desk was super nice. We totally enjoyed our stay. This will be our go to hotel if we are ever in Vicksburg again!
