Howard Johnson by Wyndham Vicksburg

The room had a odor and was dusty. The remote was nasty along with the microwave and tub. They need to do a total upgrade. Rust on everything. We cleaned the tub before showering, then put a towel down to stand on.

This hotel is fine for a quick night cap… bed was comfortable, ac was cold, shower had high pressure. The hotel room ceiling was peeling off, the bathtub needed caulking, the pool pump was out so no swimming, and the breakfast is grab and go. Good coffee. More than one or two nights is asking a lot…

We had an accessible room that was just what we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I made when booking because I am not good at online maneuvering stuff. She helped me through my confusion.

Rooms were disgusting, didn't complain as it was just one night. Bathrooms well you needed a wash after using them. Seems to be used for construction workers most of the time. The pool laughable pond!.

The room was not clean. The Air Conditioner did not stay on the temperature we programmed it to. The humidifier did not work. Our key cards stopped working before we checked out. The ‘breakfast’ was ONLY granola bars and juice. No fruit. No cereal. Nothing else. The ice machine did not work. The hotel privacy latch was missing. We had to ask for extra towels because there were only 2 bath towels and one wash cloth. There were 4 of us staying. Bathtub was stained and did not drain well. There were only two small u comfortable pillows on each bad.

The room was nice, pleasant environment bit very crowded The issue I experienced was not getting my $50.00 deposit back. When I signed you are required to pay a cash deposit and a young man told me you will receive it when inspection is finished. You will receive it back on your card. That never happened. So it was 11 days later I called back, a older man said we have no deposit money left, then the second tome called it was we gave your money to another man . What kind of since did that make? Not to satisfied with the business side of that hotel.
