Our first stay. The room was spacious and spotless. TV could be better with more channels. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Food was delicious. Great location on the water. Nothing really to complain about. I will stay again.

I paid for a Waterview room; the staff attempted to give me a different room than I paid for. ALL OF THE ROOMS were DIRTY. the floors, tub, sheets, pillows were ALL dirty hair on the towels, in the beds and in the tubs. This was a terrible stay! I had to change rooms several times. Bed sagging

Decent but could be better
Check in was quick and seamless and staff was friendly.
Room was nice -spacious and updated like the pics EXCEPT the bathroom. No pics of it because it’s not updated. Decently clean but I did find random hairs in the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. And lots of noise. I could hear my neighbor snore. People coming and going late and doors are loud. Overall for a quick overnight stay it was what I needed but I wouldn’t choose for a long week.

They need to update the bed linens. Ours were yellowed and very wrinkled like they were wore out.

Worse ever
The hotel was not clean. Only had two towels when I arrived. It was hair in the tub before I ever used it. I showered with my shoes on due to it being nasty. The pillows on bed was terrible and soft. The air was set to 57 and wouldn’t go believe 70 so it was extremly hot because it was 100 degrees outside. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was rude and huffing and puffing when asked anything.
