Hu Venezia Camping in Town Reviews

Smells like chlorine in our room. Very strong. It was raining hard that day and it was leaking inside the room. Good for a night stay. But very far from the center.

The accommodation was clean and just nice for us. There is shuttle bus to venice which is definitely cheaper than metro + uber to the campsite from the station "venezia mestra". Felt that most the stuff was super rude and inpatient towards us and others too.

It’s a great place to stay if you travel to Venezia by car. There is a free parking, right next to your house in camping. The shuttle to Venice organized by camping, the price is 2,50 euros per person, book it in advance. There is a huge swimming with all amenities on the site: toilets, showers, restaurant and cafe. Great place to stay with kids as well. A huge swimming pool will be a great entertainment and relaxation after a day in Venice. For adults they organize is a party night near the pool.

Very good deal if you plan to visit Venice on a budget. Clean and spacious bungalow, nice swimming pool and goosld restaurant.

The room is good nice small deck sitting and having coffee, but when we checkin after we request extra pillows from reception they say they don't have more pillows, but will come beck for sure 😀

It was a nice place. There wasn’t a lot to do there, mainly a few swimming pools and a limited bar. The bar was open but limited, as it was being decorated. It’s not that close to the main area of Venice. On the up side, there wasn’t a shuttle bus that took you there and returned you as well. It had set times, and the price was very reasonable. The room was ok, I have had one like it before. I had a few problems, one of the shower heads didn’t work properly and the sink didn’t drain very well, took some time. Overall, it did the job and it was tidy.

This is a lovely hidden little gem, just outside of venice. We stayed in a deluxe bubgalow which was a lovely little lodge with an outside decked area and bench. Theres a fridge ans hairdryer in the room but no kettle, but when i enquired at reception i was given one free of charge. Theres an on site supermarket ans resturant which serves lovely food Being outside of venice the resort offers a shuttle service for €2.50 per person whoch was quick and easy to book and really convenient, as uber seems ro be at a premium in venice! There is a lovely pool area which would make this ideal for families. We had a lovely long weekend in venice and would definitely return to hu venezia camping in town.

It gives a campsite vibes, very convenient, shops, cafes, free parking spot right infront of our cabin and paid and affordable shuttle to go to Venice!

I booked a three-person room for my family. The place is not close to the mestre train station, so at the beginning it was not so easy to reach, but a nice thing is they have the shuttle bus from the town to venice! bravissimo! Besides, the place is really nice, with nature views, also swimming pool. A nice place if you want to go to venice or if you want to enjoy some leisure days.

Swimming pool amazing! I didn’t give service at 5/5 because of front desk staff seems has lack knowledge about rounding areas. If families pick up this camp, they would like stay longer and return next year for more leisure activities. When I asked staff about local restaurants recommended, staff looked at us said she doesn’t know, only restaurant she knew is the one at the camp! Normal family members like to go both camp restaurants and outside of camp as well. People like spending in the camp but not 24 hours at the same place.

Great. It's a bit awkward to get from the airport. Going back was easier. I utilised the shuttle in to Venice (€2.50 each way) and got the airport shuttle via Flix. No issues. I felt safe as a solo traveller. My flight wasn't until 11 pm, but after check out, I was able to pay for a day pass so u could use the pool and have a shower before my flight. They had a summer offer where you pay only an extra €5 (on top of the day rate) and get your lunch included. Only criticism is that you pay an extra 50c for cold drinks from the fridge in the supermarket. They are already inflated, and I believe this isn't acceptable. Other than this. I chose HU as I stayed at the Rome one with my family earlier in the year, and as I was solo this time I knew I would be safe.

Location is around near to venice mestre station, they do have shuttle service to the city else we can use public transportation by reaching the bus stop which is 1.5km from the location. The staffs are very friendly and the room are clean and well maintained. They have a swimming pool, gamezone, restuarant,bar and small shop.

Everything was great, just as a suggestion I wish they would put a small fridge and a microwave in each suite.
