We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

Watch out because they are trying to get extra money out of youre pocket to get an upgrade. Once they have there money the information about the extra’s are not so important to them. Afterwards the hotel wants to get out by saying sorry for youre unconveniats.. the level upgrade??
This is always a good location hotel with good people/ good breakfast/ good location. If i stay in Valencia next time. 100%. I will stay this excellent hotel again
The location is great, 5-6 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, very convenient to Atocha Train Station, Chamartin Train Station can also be reached by subway; the room is very large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation is also very good; the swimming pool is not very big, because it is not on the top floor, so it is fine when there is sunshine, but the water is cold when there is no sunshine; the overall shape retains the medieval style, retro and luxurious; there is a Japanese ramen restaurant opposite that fully satisfies the Chinese stomach; and the most famous Spanish fried dough sticks + chocolate breakfast is also nearby, very convenient
I have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.
The hotel is on the outside of the old Town. It take about 20 yo 30 minutes to walk in the old Town. If you take a taxi to the center of old town, there is s taxi station just beside the the jotel but the taxi will drive a long way around the town, it take your time and your money. The hotel is ok, It has his own carpark under ground of the hotel.

9.1/10
CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
AAihelvchaderenExcept for the shower faucet design which is a bit confusing and the unclear sign (but just think about it and try it more), everything else can basically be rated full marks. It is rare to come across such a cost-effective hotel abroad, and it must be the only choice when you come to Valencia again.
YYidingmu2010The hotel is located in the new district, some distance from the old town. There is a bus next to the hotel that goes directly to the old town. It takes about 15-20 minutes and costs about 1-2 euros. You can buy tickets on the bus. The ride is circular, so the return trip is not in the same place. Get off at the stop and go on another street behind. Pay attention to check or ask.
DDanielUKNot worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.
KKazantseva MargaritLocation, breakfast, staff good. Cleanliness needs improvement.
Good: Very comfy location to go by foot or by bus to any sights. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Surprisingly good and well managed breakfast - lots of fresh produce, fruits, bread etc. The staff was super nice and helpful, recepcion, restaurant made me feel welcome.
Bad: the rooms are dates and not clean. The floor, bathroom were dirty (beds and towels were ok), lots of black mold in the bathroom. A tip to hotel - buy the simple toilet cleaner with clour and leave for a few minutes on mould. It will disappear.
Generally the hotel is really dated, especially the bathrooms.
Overall, for this price is ok. Just need to clean the bathrooms and floor much better.
BBolatI only stayed here for 2 nights as it was the most convenient in terms of my location. For 2 days it is very nice as the room that i was assigned to had a small cute terrace, the bed was comfortable and even though i had to share the bathroom with 3 other people, it did not cause any problems and most of the time you don’t hear them. Overall, i would recommend this hostel for short stays.
FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness
Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel.
Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us.
Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night.
Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
