We had a truly excellent stay. The professionalism and warmth of Naizaier at the front desk set a wonderful tone for our entire trip. Upon arrival, feeling tired from our travels, Naizaier greeted us with a warm smile and quickly and efficiently processed our check-in. While we waited, she not only patiently explained the hotel's facilities and services but also proactively suggested several authentic local restaurants nearby – a truly thoughtful gesture. Throughout our stay, any request made to the front desk was met with an incredibly quick response; items were delivered to our room promptly, and any issues were resolved completely and efficiently. They even offered us a late check-out due to our flight delay, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities were new, and I particularly enjoyed the decor. A major highlight of the hotel is its height; the lobby on the 38th floor offers expansive views through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning and captivating. Overall, the Mehaolizhi Hotel provides a high-quality option for travelers, perfectly blending high-altitude views, smart facilities, thoughtful service, and convenient transportation. In particular, the professionalism and warmth shown by Naizaier at the front desk made our journey away from home feel incredibly welcoming. We will definitely choose Mehaolizhi for our next trip!

I've never seen a five-star hotel with such a 'thoughtful' reminder before. It makes you wonder what they must have had to put up with to warrant this! They even went to the trouble of printing it on A4, double-sided, in color, laminating it, and placing it in the most prominent spot. And the reminder itself is spot on.

My business trip stay at Meihau Lizhi Hotel in Urumqi left a lasting impression, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The hotel is situated in a prime city location. Its 38th-floor sky lobby boasts a unique design, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking natural canvas of the city skyline and the dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day and night. During check-in, the front desk staff, Naizai'er, was highly professional and efficient. The concierge proactively helped with luggage and provided detailed explanations about local specialty restaurants, convenience stores, shopping districts, and transport hubs within a 4km radius. The hotel's location is remarkably advantageous, being very close to both the international airport and the high-speed train station. The guest rooms are designed with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing morning sunlight to gently filter through the sheer curtains, creating a very comfortable ambiance. The room's soundproofing is excellent, and the mattress and memory foam pillows were so comfortable that I slept soundly through the night. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose Meihau Lizhi Hotel again for future trips. I truly recommend it to everyone. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Meihau Lizhi Hotel, from its ambiance and facilities to its exceptional service. Naizai'er's attentive service, in particular, left a profound impression on me. Facilities: As a new hotel, it was very well-equipped. Cleanliness: Good. Ambiance: Being a new establishment, everything felt fresh and in good condition. Service: Good. The location was quite convenient, not far from the highway. The breakfast spread looked very extensive, but unfortunately, I overslept and didn't get to try it.

The hotel is a high-rise, offering stunning night views of Urumqi. **Cleanliness**: The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. **Service**: The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. They were very prompt in their responses and met all our requests immediately. **Facilities**: The hotel boasts modern facilities. The Wi-Fi was fast, and even the robot room service was quick and efficient.

This was my second stay, and it was consistently great. Parking is very convenient for those traveling by car. Before exiting the parking lot, it's wise to double-check with the front desk about the day's exit procedures. I'd suggest going to the 28th floor or calling them using the internal phone line, as I couldn't get through on the hotel's external line. In the end, I just paid 9 RMB to leave, which was surprisingly inexpensive. We arrived quite late, and the concierge at the front desk kindly helped us bring our luggage to our room. We truly appreciated that. Once again, the hotel upgraded our room, which was much appreciated. As always, the hotel room was spotlessly clean. We even managed to do some laundry. After a good rest, we were all set to head off to Southern Xinjiang. Diagonally opposite the hotel, there's an auto city where self-driving travelers can get their cars repaired or serviced. I found a service shop there, and it was just a five-minute walk from the hotel – incredibly convenient. Despite only staying here twice, this hotel is genuinely excellent. As I'm about to leave Urumqi, I feel a bit reluctant to depart. Looking forward to my next visit!

My experience at the Meihao Hao*Lich Hotel (Urumqi Flagship) started with a mandatory elevator ride to the 38th floor for check-in. While the rooms were adequately equipped, the overall environment was poor. The hotel is situated in the Urumqi suburbs, essentially an office building constructed on the Gobi Desert, with no restrooms available on the first floor – a major inconvenience. On August 9th, when our pre-booked Ctrip car arrived to pick us up, we were surprisingly charged 0.5 RMB upon exiting the hotel premises. This felt like an absurd office building policy rather than standard hotel practice. Dining options are scarce; within a 2.2-kilometer radius, there are no decent restaurants, forcing guests to take a taxi or dine solely at the hotel's 38th-floor dining area. The hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute drive from both Urumqi Tianshan International Airport and Urumqi Railway Station. This year's 23-day Xinjiang trip included stays at two Meihao Hao*Lich properties, and both were deeply disappointing. At the Kashgar Old City Branch (checked in July 19th), there was no staff to help with luggage, and parking was only available in a distant public lot. Worse, during check-out on July 21st, while taking the hotel's electric cart to the parking lot, four thermoses (one valuable titanium alloy) and a backpack fell off the vehicle and were lost. My subsequent stay at the Urumqi Flagship from August 8th to 18th was equally poor. Overall, neither property lived up to the service or standards expected of a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The front desk service was great. The hotel's sales team was very responsive. We initially booked for one night and found our stay so comfortable that even our child didn't want to leave. When we tried to extend our booking, we found the hotel was fully booked. However, the sales team came through and helped me resolve the issue. Highly recommend!

I booked this hotel without hesitation after seeing it ranked tenth on Ctrip's list of recommended luxury hotels in Urumqi, and offered excellent value for money. Upon arriving, I checked in at the front desk on the 38th floor. I used the restroom there and was shocked to find urine stains on the toilet seat and used tissues on the floor. I tried to overlook it, assuming it was just a busy period. After getting my room key and settling my child in the room (a complimentary upgrade, for which I thank the hotel), I went to the laundry room. It was truly appalling: the rubber seals on the washing machine doors were caked with chunks of grime! Every machine was like this! It was clear they hadn't been properly disinfected or cleaned regularly. I urge the hotel not to blame the cleaning staff. If proper training procedures were in place and routine inspections included these standards, this situation would certainly not occur. After I called the front desk, they sent someone for a superficial cleaning of the washing machines. However, after dinner, upon returning to my room, I realized a staff member had entered my room without my permission at some point to deliver something! Then, these 'high-end' washing machines took until midnight to dry clothes. What a standard service can accomplish in half an hour dragged on until 1 AM at your 'luxury' hotel! And then, unbelievably, things got even worse. My child had a bath in the tub, and the water leaked all the way downstairs, forcing the engineering department to come into our room for repairs! What's the point of waterproofing if we're constantly dealing with such frustrating issues? All this, costing 600 a night (including breakfast), makes me wonder how much peaceful sleep one can actually get!

Just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The front desk staff upgraded me to a suite during check-in, and the room experience was excellent. The lighting in the room had individual controls, allowing for very soft and gentle adjustment. Disposable bath liners were provided for the bathtub, which was a nice touch for hygiene. Our corner room boasted expansive views. The hotel occupies the higher floors, from the 30th floor upwards. Breakfast featured a signature milk tea. A convenience store right next to the main entrance downstairs was incredibly convenient. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay.

We booked two standard rooms for our trip with kids. The twin beds (1.35m wide) were very comfortable and clean. The setting was lovely, quiet, and offered great views. The towels were really plush and soft, not at all scratchy. We accidentally misplaced a room card, but they didn't charge us for it when we checked out. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Strongly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

This hotel, which I booked last-minute after my flight was delayed and rebooked, was truly a welcome relief and helped me feel so much better! It's conveniently located close to the airport and is brand new, having just opened in 2024. The facilities are excellent, and the environment is very comfortable. The staff were also incredibly warm and attentive. They even gave me a complimentary room upgrade due to my personal situation, and the next day, they kindly granted me a late check-out because of my flight schedule. I'm truly grateful for everything! I'll definitely be recommending your hotel to friends and family.
