Old fashioned but ok for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast ok. Very strict about the 2pm. Check in. After a 6 hour motorbike tour in 40C you just want to take a shower and not wait 2 hour in the lobby. Next time another hotel

Everything great we enjoy their rooms very clean and air conditioner. Good working.

Koh Samui in southern Thailand has many attractions, sea, waterfalls, good food to explore and friendly people.

Location is ok walking distance, at night can’t sleep motorcycle noise , room near to road or swimming pool view, don’t take ,at night alot motorcycles noise till morning 🥹,room number 423 don’t take this room very seriously noise because near to main road

It's close to the mall, and it's nice to have a hotel in the best location wherever you go to Udon Thani. I'm satisfied.

This hotel is located near the bus and train station. You also got a shopping mall nearby, and 7 eleven and McDonald's is close. International breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Very old rooms and noisy that there’re couldn’t protect the sounds. The water tap once open running like chocolate lol

+ Friendly staff; airport shuttle;  - Old hotel; poor breakfast; central a/c contaminating the air; old pool; smelly carpets; no proper wall to separate from the major thoroughfare next to the hotel. Not a pleasant stay at all!

6th time at the Charoen, it's very good, nice comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast and only 100mtrs from Centre of Udon

Nice, comfortable and clean hotel.   Breakfast is generous and good.   Only problem was with the shower.  Shower door did not close properly so water leaked on the floor.  Also, hot water took at least 15 minutes to get.  Otherwise this hotel is a good choice, only a few minutes from Central Udon and food stalls.

We spent the holidays in the hotel and the service was great. Everything you could expect in a nice hotel but inexpensive. Breakfast has good options and the hotel is nearby shopping malls and restaurant.

The hotel room was very clean and all facilities were available. The breakfast was excellent with lot of choices, western foods and Asian food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend to anyone.
