Stayed only one night and checked in very late, so I didn't get much time to enjoy the hotel facilities that much. Overall, the stay was nice and staff friendly. Will come back next time.

It was not our first time to stay in this hotel. Their staff is very friendly and well trained. The room is very clean and Quiet at night considering as the area surrounding with bars and loudly music. The location is convenient to get around by walking to Central plaza, UD market, train station and bus station as well. We will deeply considering to comeback if we are traveling to Udon Thani nearly future.

Excellent Hotel. Paid under 1300 baht. Very good size room. Bathroom 2 good power showers. TV could have been better. Nice swimming pool but abit small

Superb hotel with genuinely friendly staff and good food. They have a cute pool with a bar too! Location is a 5 minute walk from the central plaza. Rooms were large, clean and they even had a nice touch of a bottle opener on the wall above the fridge- very thoughtful! 5 stars 🌟

An excellent hotel. The staff are very good and helpful. Rooms very clean and a nice swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is fabulous and caters to all tastes. Good internet. Whilst the location is good, the only downside is having to walk past all the seedy "girlie" bars in the Soi. Otherwise I can only recommend thgos hotel as excellent!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the shopping mall and market and there are many restaurants around. The disappointing thing is that the attitude of the woman at the reception is very bad.

Front Desk customer service is good. Staff is helpful and courteous. Clean and tidy room. Good location. Convenient for us to travel around

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is nice.You have many places to eat and to go shopping.The only problem is the closeness of the bars we were on the 5th floor but was kept awake by the shouting and the noise coming from the bars.

Great location ,close to the central shopping mall and many bars and restaurants. So many foreigners here so feels very safe for a solo traveller . The pool is good, and foods good value and quality. The rooms are more than adequate and spacious. Stayed here before and am never disappointed. Will stay again .

Hotel on excellent location. I have issue with my room 405 although it’s a nonsmoking room but they allow people to smoke on balcony of that room. The smell lingers on very strongly so I complained to them and they moved me to room 316 this room has no cigarette smell but toilet smell pretty bad lol. The room is clean but dated and all towels, bedsheets should be changed, color turned from white to a bit greyish. Staff are very nice and helpful.
