I am so thankful I chose this hotel, I stayed 4 nights in February 2024 and wish I could stay longer! Very nice property (very close to the center), very royal services, super friendly and professional staff. I am blown away by how beautiful the place is! The staff were very friendly and kind, everything everywhere was very clean and the hotel's attention to detail is truly outstanding! High ceiling, spacious, nice look, high quality toiletries, comfortable bed. Great breakfast (we loved the high quality Turkish breakfast). I thank you.

Near All the importantes places. A big room, with good bed, nice Temperatura, and a big restaurante, close to the Hotel

Great location very close to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but cosy. It was also clean, comfortable and secure. A fridge with complimentary bottles of water each day was also included as part of the service. The breakfast selection had a lot of healthy options. Overall, good value and a comfortable base for sightseeing around Sultanahmet. This hotel is recommended.

Very convenient location, good breakfasts, daily cleaning of the room. But if you are on the top floor, your window to the street will be very small.

The location is great. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is served at a famous restaurant next door and the staff are very friendly. I was worried about the lack of an elevator, but they helped me with my luggage.

The entrance and advertising sign of this hotel are in a small alley and are not easy to spot at a glance, but at the intersection is a restaurant with a good reputation, The Must Turkish Restaurant (which is also on the first floor of the hotel and where breakfast is served every day). You can find it by just Google "The Must". The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location - it is located in the largest scenic area in Istanbul, very close to Hagia Sophia... There are many food and drink options nearby, but they are not cheap. We stayed in the first room on the right after going up to the second floor. The room was a little smaller than expected, not as new and beautiful as in the photos on the official website, but it had everything it needed - daily cleaning, 2 bottles of water every day, and 7 clothes hangers, which was very helpful in this rainy and snowy season! In addition, the room is poorly soundproofed, so you need to bring your own earplugs if you are afraid of noise. The bed was a bit soft. The counter staff (I wonder if he was the boss?) was very friendly and had a good service attitude. We booked a plan with breakfast included, and later we found that this plan was very worthwhile! Because of the current inflation in Turkey, prices have become very expensive, especially in scenic areas. A simple meal will cost an average of 300 to 500 liras per person. If you have a fuller breakfast, you can save a little on the entire day's food expenses.

This hotel is in a great location, with the famous Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern right next to it. It is a few minutes' walk from the main attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel service is very good, and can arrange tours for guests, book taxis to the airport, and other services. Breakfast is served in a beautiful Turkish-style restaurant downstairs, with a rich variety of food. The tram passes in front of the door, and transportation is convenient.

The five-star rating is not because the hotel is so good, but because of the cost-effectiveness. The main attractions are within walking distance. The boss is very talkative and asked me to write a good review when I left, hahaha. The breakfast is good, and there is an aunt who is very enthusiastic to make coffee and tea. The hygiene is a bit old and poor, and the bathroom is too small to turn around. It is difficult to drive nearby. It takes 1 hour to drive in. There are all kinds of mountain roads and narrow roads. The parking is very expensive, 600 lira a night.

Nice staff. Early check-in. Everything is within reach - the center! Cons: outdated rooms. Noisy. You can hear your neighbors' rooms.
