Our booked order was canceled without any reason, causing us huge losses. There was no front desk, it was difficult to contact for the keys, the room was not cleaned in time, and the space was small. In short, it was a very bad experience.

Very friendly and helpful reception lady when we checked in approx. 630pm on 25Mar and we would like to thank her for all the helps she extended. Room, bathroom and all household wares are cleaned and neat. Strategic location with supermarket of great varieties of groceries readily available within the next block. Strongly recommended for all !

It was really unacceptable! So I can only give 2 points for hygiene! 3. You need to take out the garbage yourself! If the hotel clearly states the above special circumstances in the check-in instructions in advance, then there will be no problem if the guest still chooses this hotel. But you didn’t say anything in advance, leaving the guests very confused! 4. The door is only open during the specified time. At other times, you have to go through the underground passage. There is no elevator. When we left the hotel at 7 o'clock in the morning, we could only drag our 32-inch luggage up the stairs. It was really frustrating. And once you go out, if you miss something, you won’t be able to get in because no one will open the door for you. It’s so inconvenient! I will never stay in a hotel like this again!
