"The facilities are somewhat good, and there's a bidet, but there are no complimentary amenities in the room, not even water in the fridge. There's also no private parking for cars, meaning you just park anywhere. However, its proximity to the airport is a plus, and the sea view was beautiful. But late at night, you can hear everything, even a cat walking down the street, and I was on the top floor! The breakfast was very standard and not worth adding to the service. In my opinion, it's not worth the price."

"I have just completed 4 nighty stay at this wonderful Doubletree by Hilton hotel, Yomra. This hotel is great by all standards. All the rooms are suites. The facilities are all new and the service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great near many shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is new and impressive, but what really catches my eye is the level of service of the hotel’s employees. Their smiles and keenness to provide the best they have to make customers happy and satisfied is remarkable . I would like to mention in particular the reception and restaurant staff. I would like to thanks Esra, Ceren gul, Nazlican, Tugba from the reception. And Hatice, Emrecan, Mirac , Zeynep, Yavuz and Merve from the FB department. Also I would like to thank the bellboy Mert for his great help to me throughout my stay. The suite is clean and tidy and has all the amenities you expect. The breakfast is delicious with huge variety to choose. Finally i would like to thank two special people, Mr. Cemal, reservation manager and Mr. Furkan, reception supervisor. Their sincere and professional service makes my stay a wonderful one. Definitely i will repeat my visit to this hotel and strongly recommend it to my friends and colleagues."

"Hotel Azra was good overall, with a great location. Although it’s a bit far from the meydan, the minibus makes it very convenient—about 15–20 minutes, dropping you right in front of the hotel, with the return stop just across the road. The WiFi was strong, and the room was clean. The only issue was the bathroom ceiling in room 804, which had some mould. Aside from that, the breakfast was satisfying and the staff were very helpful."

"The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel."

"The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests."
