I was pleased separately with warm floors: it is very nice to walk and warm the feet 😊 🚿 Excellent shower: good pressure, hot water was always thanks to its own boiler. This plan liked everything very much. 🛏 In the main bedroom, a large whole mattress was very convenient sleeping on it was pleasant. 🍳 Good breakfast, everyone with pleasure had breakfast and remained satisfied. 🧺 There is a washing machine. It a was a great experience with this hotel, very close to the center and the stuff was very friendly, couldn’t asked for more.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

We stayed one night in the hotel in Trabzon and then extended our stay for two more nights. The hotel has its own convenient parking next door. The furniture in the lobby is a bit outdated but still very comfortable. The hotel has two elevators, which is super comfortable. Beds and mattresses are very comfy, we had good sleep the entire stay. Breakfasts were very nice Good selection of cheese, olives and jams. They also served omelette with pepperoni, boiled eggs, fries and a selection of breads with local butter and honey. The staff was very welcoming. The hotel is located right across the street, but you can’t hear any noise from the station. We recommend the hotel if you want to stay on budget in Trabzon.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. He changed it to a better room with a good view without additional charges. It's a bit narrow, but it's a satisfying accommodation for the price.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, and the rooms are saturated with a suffocating and unpleasant smell of cigarettes.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal.
