Booked for 2 days but then extended my stay in this hotel for 8 days ..no negative thing in this hotel the staff is very good and helpful .specially the manager in this hotel speaks good english and kind man ...u can get all facilities in this hotel best for families specially if have childrens with you they have everything in this hotel washing machine kitchen ..

FfctlWe stayed here for my family and for a trip. He met my important criteria as a doctor. (Cleanliness, hygiene, etc.) I was most attiring my attention to the fact that the hotel staff were very concerned. Thank you. They came four to be happy to stay. Also it was a advantage that there was a family hotel. There could be a safe stay with a family. *** breakfast is enough and He was good at his place.

GGuest UserBoth the facilities and the service attitude are very good, especially when I arrived on the first day, I was immediately provided with an extra breakfast. Secondly, the staff can speak English, which is not easy in Trabzon. Then it is really close to the airport

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were very lazy, comprehensive and related, the rooms were quite clean and comfortable compared to the 4-star hotels. We offered breakfast in the form of an open buffet for a price performance. I can say this is the best hotel you can stay at Trabzon at this price.

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

But there are not many parking spaces. To park, you need to pay the key at the counter.
